Honestly I'm split between Furi, TitanFall 2, Galak-Z, or DOOM
BF1 is boring as hell and doesn't add anything to the table
Overwatch gets boring real fast
XCOM 2 was disappointing just vanilla even the mods didn't help it
Uncharted was great but it felt worse the 3 which is not good since 2 was the best one
Gears of war 4 was another Judgement sadly
FF V was ok bit not worth 10 years for how messy it was
Infinite Warfare somehow wasn't ass and surprisingly was more polished then most games that came out but black ops 3 is better
Mafia 3 was a instant refund

Furi and Va11 Hall-A are my two favorite indie titles of the year

The final fight with The Star was the best shit even if it was shmup only

I'd probably edge out DOOM or Hitman over actual GOTY, but it's definitely the best indie game released this year
