I'm just starting to gain some weight and I already feel like a fat disgusting slob. How could you ever even reach that size without it being some freak genetic disorder? All you have to do to lose all that weight is just stick to three meals a day and stop eating once you get full. That's literally it. Your body will naturally start slimming down.
