I really liked the idle animation of the mmo AION because it changed because of the environment.
If it's raining, your character would spawn a leaf to protect them.
If there's a tempest, they would react to the thunder.
If you're in a hot area (volcano/desert) your character would act as if the heat overwhelms it and start to fan themselves.
If you're in a cold area, your character would start moving around and stroke their hands together.
