>What is worse for boss fights, Summoning Help or Cheesing?
I personally believe that Cheesing is worse, because the Cheesers usually act like they are skilled while the Summoners automatically admit to needing help (via summoning).
Owen Powell
Cheesing by far, "Yeah bro, I totally mopped the floor with Bloody Crow of Cainhurst....weak bitch couldn't follow me outside."
Jaxson Foster
ganking is the most pathetic thing in any game, sommoners are pussy ass faggots
Ryan Lewis
For bosses dipshit, learn what reading comprehension is.
Luke Baker
I think summoning is worse because even when you're exploiting something like poor AI or a weapon / spell / equipment' broken properties, you still need some degree of dexterity with the game to pull out the cheesing. Meanwhile with a summon you just need to stay back and watch how the summoned beats the game for you.
Robert Flores
Depends on the type of cheesing, cheesing like mention is pretty damn low and requires no skill whatsoever.
But cheesing those Giant Crystal Lizards with drop attacks in Dark Souls 3 actually requires some skill and timing.
Josiah Watson
I mean I have more of a problem with people that say summoning is trash and you are automatically trash for doing it.
However, cheesing is more shit out of the two
Jeremiah Rogers
summoning is worse. making the game easier for yourself is smart. that's why "overleveling" is bullshit. you earn that exp, you make the game easier for yourself, you earned it, it's smart. if you don't agree with leveling to make the game easier then you should only play SL1 characters forever.
Benjamin Mitchell
Do you mean calling for help or helping other people?
Ryan Robinson
>summoning is worse. >making the game easier for yourself is smart. Which is it, faggot?
Carson Price
Key word is "for yourself" faggot Getting your mummy to come hold your hand for you makes you weak.
Eli Campbell
If you need two Phantoms for one boss, just stop playing.
Matthew Smith
For yourself =/= by yourself
Learn the fucking language you idiot
Caleb Hill
No, both ways are correct. That response didn't really work, user. Save face and leave right now.
William Reed
Look gayboy, I earned that soapstone and my humanity. I earned the ability to be within the level range to summon that buy, and I'm rewarded by summoning him.
You're literally saying that by killing literal retards at the starting zone for 200 hours I earned the right to cheese the game, but am satan because I decided not to waste my time doing that and summoned by buddy to co-op.
Leo Perry
Summoning is worse. Means you couldn't figure it out by yourself. Cheesing is smart.
Jackson Adams
>I earned the ability to have my hand held True. But now you're just the bitch who couldn't beat the boss by themself.
Nicholas Morgan
>for yourself >Getting your mummy to come hold your hand for you >for you
I mean its pretty fucking obvious who is wrong.
William Fisher
Summoning friend to do some jolly co-op is always fun, even if it isnt skillful ^_^
Caleb Brown
On the language point, I am. On the point of gameplay, that's me too. But you are using the word "fuck" more so that's something.
Jacob Clark
There's a difference between couldn't and didn't.
I can beat every boss in Souls by myself. I summon because co-op is more fun.
There's nothing 'manly' about grinding dregs for 6 hours so I can two shot the boss.
Matthew Howard
what's cheesing?
Brayden Cooper
Well I'm glad we resolved what is more fun, that was definitely the point of the thread.
Aaron Gutierrez
It's about what's worse; which is unarguably cheesing.
In cheesing the entirety of the bossfight is gone. You just slap him and leave.
In summoning, the bossfight is still there. Somebody has to do it still.
Landon Rogers
Shit like shooting the Maneaters through the fog gate with a bow.
Nolan Ramirez
Btw, what is the actual tactic for this guy, and not cheesing? I mean, how can you tell what developers really wanted you to do to kill the boss?
