Does anyone here have a gaming channel? I want to watch some of my fellow Sup Forumsirgins on the internet.

I have a shitty game review channel.
Here are my newest videos
youtu.be
>Current news/flavour of the week channel
Why do people do this? Your own personal opinion means nothing to people and I can read "current news" in under a minute.
I wish Youtube would die.
I mostly review older games and figures. I am in a lull right now, and I thought bloody boobs looked like a dumb good time. I didn't know it was fotm when I did the video.
Not really a full gaming channel but check this vid.

I remember hopping on Gmod RP servers back in 2004, 2005 and being immediately struck with cringe so hard it almost killed me. Gmod used to be the hot shit. Its hard to learn. How did yootoob kids deal with Gmod before Minecraft?
i have a fallout 1 playthrough but my voice is way too british and monotone for it to be any good
eh, I shill these here every so often but never really have time to make anything out of the piles of shadowplay I have backed up

thinking of doing more BC2 stuff
I am too scared of putting myself out there for people to see, Ill just pronounce every word wrong while sounding like an idiot.
You have to sound like an idiot and be made fun of before you can sound smart. Its a process, dude.
I want to make a channel doing something but video games are too saturated, there's far too much of it and to get a good break you have to be beyond lucky or very good at what you do.
Why is it so hard to get into YouTube gaming now days? All the views are sucked up by pdp
I kinda do.

I want Youtube to fix their algorithms so the big channels arent the only ones that get seen. They are already big. Why do they need more of the spotlight?

I'll be the first to admit, not my best work. My friend had his voice share off like in my older videos so it's just me, the EA Servers joke doesn't really "hit", I don't think, and the sound quality on the final clip is garbage (with good reason, I guess? Gotta avoid the content ID somehow).
For probably my best work, check this out.

Thats some fucking nice animation though
In my opinion the best gaming channels are The Best Gamers and rockcock64.
Thank you.
I do a low budget review show that I don't monetize and do just to entertain:
youtube.com
You sound pretty bored in the Pokemon video senpai.
Should monetize. Would make money. I'll never stop telling you this.
Never! I'm not making money off my fans. Your likes and laughs are payment enough.
Plus, I have a hectic work/study life and can't produce content enough to justify charging. Long as people watch my stuff I'm happy. Seriously.
I do this for fun mostly:
Made this video for fun recently

I just finished playing Action 52. Last part will be up in an hour or two.
i just slap together shadowplay clips from playing with friends, so we can watch them whenever we do Gmod Cinema
i edit them a bit just because i love sony vegas and photoshop, not really going for an audience because i have no confidence in my voice
will dump a few i guess
I used to post a lot of random speedrunning videos, usually of a random level from a platformer. I haven't posted in a very long time though, and the quality of my capture equipment is extremely outdated.
I make dumb fighting game videos.
Occasionally I'll make actual combo guides. Usually not.

I used to take requests for videos for /blaz/.
They did Fix the algorithm, did you miss the drama of all the big you tubers whining that they're older videos dropped in views hard? Youtube is now pushing older vids down in favor of newer content. It's easier now to get big than before. The problem is most small YouTuber have bland content. One of my friends has 1500 subs and over 5000 videos. His content sucks which is why he's not growing.
Put out content faster you slow fucks.
What's a decent and lightweight video editing software? I have some shadowplay shit that I'd like to cut into some videos.
youtube.com
i do random stuff, i find editing fun so here's that
Anybody?
videopad
just re-download the trial when it ends
I was thinking of starting a channel playing games I know all the ins and outs of. I'd play through games while providing advanced tips and going into the history of the specific game. I'd try and be as chill and entertaining as I can, yet make it useful guide for people who want to fully complete the game.
Blender.
Could be good m8, what games did you have in mind?
I've been working on a competitive video for a few weeks now.
This is an extremely rough unedited draft of what I have so far.
Source was about 260gb and 13 hours of footage.
Its a lot more edited now, but I dont have my current edit up.

>overshit
>competitive shit
kys lmao
Then start a patreon so I can give you $10 because I choose to.

Playing XCOM right now..Fun game but fuck the RNG
Just get Adobe Premiere. It's simple and gets the job done. You don't need After Effects unless you're doing fancy shit.
I just pirated sony vegas

Brand new video just uploaded. Please critique, please leave feedback. I want to improve. I want to make content that is good, and that people like. I just love talking about video games so much, I want to do it on a bigger stage.
>made youtube channel
>hit 100k subs
>got busy with uni and shit and haven't uploaded in months
>not even really interested in the game I used to make videos for
Make videos for a new game pleb
youtu.be
Pls no h8
You two seem nice.
The only game I really play right now is Overwatch though and it's kind of hard to make videos for that game that are fun/interesting that aren't just montages
nice b8 m8 i r8 it 8/8 no h8 m8
Here's my channel.
I let's play obscure games that are weird or spooky along with some other stuff like Yume Nikki fangames and worlds.com exploration.
Here is a video

Is AD&D Slayer good?
It looks like a game that would be good, but controls like dogshit.
I just record whatever my friends and I end up playing. Couple of them are tf2 pros and globals in cs and we got to plat in smite, so we decided to pick up overmeme for fun when it was $20 a month or so ago for something new for a change that everyone already had similar mechanical experience. Its honestly kind of fun when you have a full team going with mics who arent fucking retards.
I make a gaming podcast (as well as a scripted series in RPG Maker)
youtube.com
youtube.com
A new podcast will be coming out later today, where we talk about Story Structure: How early RPGs left details to your imagination, how modern ones became more character-driven, and why in the hell everyone has a love-hate relationship with FF8
I make incredibly unfunny shit, sometimes with my mates. Not really LPs, just singular videos
Nice, didn't even link my channel
www.youtube.com/FuckingLautrec
>Toblesphere
I laughed when I saw the sexy vault suit
I was thinking old NES games like Fire Emblem to start out with. Then work my way up the gens. I own a few somewhat rare games I want to show off as well.
I've got a nice microphone. All I need is a capture card because I want to record all the footage from the actual hardware I own to keep things authentic, rather than using emulators the whole way like most people.
Ya I guess I post shit sometime senpai
youtube.com
Some of the romhack stuff is looking into for the emulators though.
Yeah, I guess that's something. Most romhacks are compatible with flashcards though.
Mine is not fully a gaming channel either but I've made some gameplay trailers that I'm very proud of.

No, I fucked up the upload. God damn it.
Video is here
Came back after a looooooooooong break recently with new branding and style; a video of mine got a surge on Reddit a few months back and gained 25k overnight, shit was cash.
jRPGs are pretty awesome. Many Sup Forumsirgins agree
youtube.com
I liked it, user. You have a nice flow in game footage and voice. You don't sound boring or monotonous (something I'm always afraid of doing cos I'm not that expressive when using my normal speaking voice). The only thing I could find was that the footage seemed a little choppy on some parts. Other than that I think you should be proud of it, user. Great work!
m.youtube.com
Here's a video of me and my channel partner playing castle Crashers. It's the only video we have for right now. Upcoming stuff I have is I think I'm going to do a monster rancher retrospective series. I already have the footage and the script written for monster rancher card battle 2 on the ps1. Also, very soon I'll upload a couple episodes of us playing don't starve together until we die. I want to do more videos, but I'm taking it as the ideas come to me. If you're interested in my upcoming monster rancher series feel free to subscribe. It's a partner channel, but that's going to be a solo project for me. (I'm the male).
Branding is a little generic looking. But decent overall production value.
Yeah, the game is choppy right now if thats what you mean. If you mean my editing. Yes. The game has lag that unfortunately de-syncs the audio, so there wasnt much useable footage from my 8 hours of captured gameplay. I had to manually resync the audio on every clip in that video and it took me for fucking ever.
Thank you for the kind words!
I've uploaded a few videos on youtube of gameplay. I was thinking of making it a regular thing where I upload the highlights.
>43,000 channel views
>Sub-50 subs
You have it in you, user.
I went for a minimalist approach as I have no creativity ideas when it comes to logos. Literally just slapped the colours from the traditional 360 controller, used to have analogues but I changed it.
Thanks by the way c:
It's comments like this that make me want to continue. Thank you
Overly harsh 2bh. Just because you feel that way doesn't mean everyone does. I enjoyed the bloody boobs vid imho
Haha checked out the 25k vid. You actually made the song better. Good job, user!
Of course you enjoyed your own video
Whats the best way to record gameplay for review/critique/thoughts on game?
like do I record the whole damn thing as I play, re-play and record specifics I want to show
or just random shit?
*parp*
Huehuehueh. That was spawned from three days without sleep, I'm glad it paid off.
Thank you!
On PC? Xbox game bar. It has no performance hit because its a part of windows.
On console? Share button. Same reasons.
Retro consoles? A capture card. I use the Dazzle recorder. Its a little low end, but it does the job.
