>double damage at 10% health
Double damage at 10% health
>5x Damage at 1 HP
>Has a 0.5% chance that, for five seconds, you ATK goes up by 20.
Yeah good luck getting it first with a 0.01% drop rate, you fucking idiot. Sometimes I hate Ragnarok.
>you deal 15% more damage every time your ally dies.
>double doggage at wan% health
...
>20% reduced damage at 10% health
>ability let's you revive with full health
>planning to fail and die
shiggy
>100% chance to get jewed
>has a 1% chance to cast blind for 2 seconds when below 30% health
>as your % in health goes down, your % in damage goes up
what gaems let me do this?
...
>Every 1% health missing increases attack speed by 1%
>50% reduced damage at 100% health
>2x damage at max health
unironically always the worst buff, encourages you to stand back like a pussy devs should never do this
>+ 2 * x damage at 5 HP
>lower your health is
>stronger your damage is
>+10% damage resistance when at 10% health
Eh, could work with characters that completely block/dodge most attacks, or have a passive that grants them huge damage reduction if they havent took a hit for x amount of time.
Binding of Isaac, most Disgaea games, Bastion, Dark Souls
>sacrifice own HP to deal additional damage
what is this
gonna start souls series soon, look forward to it
+200% damage at 0% clothing

>Double all stats, but you instantly die upon taking any damage
>The game has a "take no damage if you block at the exact right moment" ability
Why would Fernet be scared of Saki?
Maybe there's a Big Bang Bell on Fernet's home.
What game does this?
are there any games that let you reduce your attack for disgusting amounts of defense?

Its the berserker class's entire thing in dungeon fighter online, but then you'd be playing DFO.
MUh realizm
I have unironically never used any damage buff like that.
How the fuck can you stand continuously being at low HP on purpose? The health bar not being full whenever possible annoys me to no end.
>deal 200% damage
>10% chance to attack yourself instead of targeted enemy
Ragnarok was unforgiving but I remember the sweet butthurt when I was using the Lord of Death Card with the like 0.001% chance of causing coma effect (which would turn your HP to 1 in an instant)
Good times.
Its actually more for characters with regen or life steal to stay at 100% and abuse the reduction.
it's almost like different people enjoy different play styles, crazy i know
>deal 600% more damage when you taunt your enemy
>enemy also deals 600% more damage
>enemy also gets 50% faster attack animations
>When you HP reaches 0% there is a chance that you can instantly come back with full HP plus a damage buff
1 (one) gaem (game)
>accessory boosts all your stats but makes everything a ohko
>accessory boosts all your stats but you take more damage
>you can wear both
*kills allies*
Nier Automata
its really the easiest way to smash through content
Why would you want the 2nd one if you can already OHKO?
How can more stats justify the weakness vs no weakness
Nier automata with a taunt+8 chip.
>once every ten minutes when HP reaches 0% you become invincible for 10 seconds before dying
+610% Gold from Monsters
Everything against you an ohko, you get hit by anything and you die
>Felyne Heroics
>"you can't take more than x% of your max hp in damage per hit"
>have lowest amount of max hp possible
>shield that blocks flat amount of damage
>immune to all damage
there are a bunch of games that had or have this, and it's always hilarious to see
>+10% luck
>+20% skill
I still remember a high rate server where i used a the low proc of LOD to kill people with GTB with my high wizard.
but whatever it's not my blog here.
>+15% willpower
>100% crit chance on stunned enemies
>Not wearing two (2) death rings
>game has incredibly vague stat that is never explained in the game and has no noticable effect on gameplay
>5% pleasure
>take 50% more damage
>+20% damage
>No random critical hits
>you can rename the weapon
>ever successful cast your Haste increases
>insta kill
>1/4 chance to attack yourself
>10% chance to 1 hit kill when at less than 10% health
>works on bosses
more like 110% chance FUCK THIS GAME
I don't follow
>can't take more than 50% of max health per hit
>4 Hp
>monster deals 500 damage
>shield blocks 250 damage
>get hit for 2 HP, 2 HP left
>get hit for 1 HP, 1 HP left
>0.5 HP is rounded to 1 HP, die
the shield is pointless, UNLESS, the flat damage blocked comes AFTER the hit, which wouldn't make sense
>is secretly 10.9% despite the tool tip
pokemon, but at 30 something percent health and only depending on the ability will it power up the moves if they're STAB (which is just using a move that is the type of the pokemon)
>game lets you save/use up turns in advance to deal more damage when you want to
>zero damage dealt for each saved turn you have
>job roles and buffs that can keep your additional turns on each hit can be combined turning you into an invincible glass cannon
>game ENCOURAGES you to do this but makes you figure it out yourself
Fucking Bravely Default you madman
>spell costs increased by 50%
>can only cast 3 spells before needing to wait for regen
AND WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MACHIIIINE THEY HAVE PROVI-HI-IDED
TO CUT A PATH OF DOOOOM WITH MY SWEET BREATH TO GUUIIIIDE IT!!!
Huskar Dota 2
Those items/gears are almost always broken, because they're hard to balance.
But usually that's what you want it to do.
>20% chance of attack doing x4 damage
>double the effect for x8 damage
>equip skill that allows for 100% more damage done for an attack
>stunned enemies also that 100%
I can't do the math but I know I did alot
>buff activated when you're on low hp
>annoying alert sound when you're at low hp
>aoe attack that damages and applies a stacking dot
Maximum Life becomes 1
Immune to Chaos/poison Damage
>double damage at 10% health
>gain health whenever you kill an enemy
>using it when killing yourself would be detrimental
Doing it wrong mate
It's best used when you're low hp and someone is tailing you. If it hits the person behind you, then great. If it hits you, then you just denied the person chasing you stars and wins. And if you're lucky, you'll revive quickly and ready to chase them down with full hp.
>Take double damage
>Gain nothing
>damage is reduced to a tenth when health is below 10%
>enemies have this skill as well
FUCKING DRAGONBALL FUSIONS
FRIEZA YOU ACTUAL POLESMOKER
>Remove all mana.
>Spend Life instead of Mana for Skills and Spells
>as long as you control at least one creature your life total cannot be brought below 1
>whenever this creature is damaged, prevent that damage and its controller takes that much damage instead
...
>being rewarded for playing safely is worse than being rewarded for fucking up
Shields up friend
without context of energy shield, people aren't going to see what's good about this, fellow PoE player
still, a pretty radical game mechanic
>You are invincible for 30 seconds
>You die after 30 seconds if a cumulative number of hitpoints equal to your max hitpoint total is not recovered
>poison heals you
>this effect can stack up to ×2
>carry and consume deadly poison
specing def over str
>lower health increases your speed
Fucking Krieg in Borderlands 2
> + 550% melee damage
> 12% chance to whack yourself in the face instead of the enemy
it was worth it, but it could get very annoying.
>enemies minicrit you
>everything is better
>when you are on fire
>everything you do sets you on fire
>Wearing 50 of an item that gives +2 attack power when you're at 5 HP, then using an NPC to reduce your max health to 5, thus always having maximum attack power and literally one-shotting every enemy in the game including the final boss
>get to low health
>use invincibility items
>spam super attacks
>win game
>superboss practically forces you to do it anyway
>enemy does 0 damage to you or misses the hit
>enemies skill still reduces your HP by at least 20% and lowers your stats
