Art and music are top tier, the game also has a lot of interesting ideas.
Problem is the entire execution of the game is terrible. Lack of content and the little it has is both boring and pointless, balance is none existence, many mechanics in the game are poorly implemented, it runs like shit and is way too buggy.
In the hands of a competent developer it could have been good, but the developers are so bad it seems like they might have purposely sabotaged the game.

We have to except that there will be no good successor to RO. Developers fundamentally don't understand what made RO good and publishers are too greedy to not fuck up a game with shit micro transactions. The era of good MMO RPGs is well over. Best thing we can do is find a tolerable private server.

They break stuff even more every maintenance and also, they can't balance classes for shit. There are joke classes like Sadhu and Bokor, meanwhile they added Agny that made a rank2 class more powerful than a rank8 class.
