xenogears tales of phantasia legend of dragoon final fantasy 7-9/ tactics Breath of Fire 3/4 At least those. There are many more. PS2 has almost no games so can't comment too much on that.

-G-Police games -Oddworld -games -Gex: Deep Cover Gecko -Alundra
-Parasite Eve 1 & 2 -Crash Bandicoot 1-3 -Crash Team Racing
PS2:
-Silent Hill 2-4 (these have legit PC ports too) -Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3 -Final Fantasy X, X-2, XII -Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 -Jak & Daxter -trilogy

Small warning though: PS2 emulation still sucks quite a bit. You could alternatively just get a cheap PS2, and play both systems' games on it.

Another question, I am almost done configurating ePSXe, what is the best resolution to run the games at? Tried some different window sizes and 800x600 looks the best so far.

Yeah, the only good games for PS2 are Wild Arms IV/V, Suikoden V, FFX (which is PC now) , Persona 3/4 and Xenosaga. Nothing else. Shit console in my eyes. PSP has much better library compared to it.

many 5th gen games were designed around their original native resolution (320x240). Playing some titles out of this ratio (you can use its multiples, like 640x480, 1280x960...) can cause literal graphical glitches, like messed up UI elements in Ocarina Of Time, or flickering flashlight in Silent Hill.
Also, unless you use the newer, PGXP-tech utilizing forks of the emulator, the higher you set the resolution, the more severe the "polygon wobbling" gets, as PS1 lacked sub-pixel accuracy for polygons' vertices, completely. The games looked fine at native 240p, as all the vertices were placed on a 320x240 sized 2D grid on the screen, but already at 480p, this means the edges of polygons have to jump 2 pixels at once.
For long I've used 640x480 as the fine compromise between authenticy and slightly upped visuals. The PCSX-R's PGXP expansion however has gotten me to play on all sorts of resos, as the internal rendering resolution is a separated option, and the added sub-pixel accuracy + texture perspective correction make things look smooth.
Holy shit, you must be one of the most extreme weeaboos I've seen! And I actually dig Personas and Final Fantasys.

Retroarch might be better for ff9 simply because of shaders you can download.
