Locke and Celes is literally the only meaningful relationship in that series. All the others are trite exposition, this one has growth out of strife, it's fucking beautiful.
What's bizarre is that Cecil and Rosa are one of the few cases that is categorically canon without question. How do you get something like that wrong?
