The delinquent archetype seems pretty common in Japanese media. Are there any games where I can be the delinquent, instead of them just being NPCs?

Kunio-kun series. Some fighting games have delinquent characters too.
Also Mondo's possibly the lamest delinquent I've ever seen in any type of media.
>Hello barber, I'm after a new look today
>sure, what would you like?
>I want it to look like I have a giant, dehydrated turd hanging off my head

>Don't go back to your room, get your tools, and come murder the shit out of your attacker? She's gonna frame the shit out of you as a violent attacker if she doesn't just manage to kill you later instead. and everyone will believe her because she's an attractive young girl.
>Murder the shit out of her? No fucking way in hell your ass is gonna manage to actually get away with it
but for "11037" he probably would've gotten away with it, to be fair.
Wish the case didn't have such a massive clue like that, it's otherwise the only good 'case' in the game (the rest get too caught up in characters crying about their emotions and shit getting in the way of you actually handling the mystery)
NA release never ever
True enough, the only real clue the case really had was the whole incinerator thing.
