He not completely wrong. From a story standpoint, we're suppose to accept that she suddenly had a change of heart, which there isn't a proper transition to it. On a game playing standpoint, the fact that they over do her "you auto lose" after the third battle tend to piss off a lot of players. You would think by now you could at least beat her sense in her head that she is about to screw up the world. It doesn't help that she was being all smug about it when she use her cheating attack. She was a pretty horrible character, but that could be said with many characters in this game.
