Seems good to me. Should allow for seamless transition between Console related tasks vs game related tasks and more multi-application potential. Think about having Spotify or some shit working in the background while playing your games.

You don't need a BIG.little style setup for this class of cpu where power saving is not the absolutely highest priority - especially given that cpu is probably only pull 40w at full throttle. Its just a needless extra component which casts doubt over the other claims.
Even more so to get 300gb/s out of polaris requires either obscene clocked GDDR5 or massively gimped HBM given AMD hasn't touched GDDR5x at all.

Xbone version will probably push that cloud shit while the Scorpio version will probably be able to handle the destruction. I don't even think Halo 6 can handle split screen on the Xbone. I remember hearing that when 343 tried it on Halo 5 it literally broke the game because the Xbone was too weak. In comparison to the Iphone 4, Apple released it in 2011 and stopped selling it in 2013. Xbone will be dead by 2019, the same way the Wii U is. The way this gen went, it feels like Microsoft wants to distance themselves from the Xbone and seems to be following Nintendo's practice of giving up on their last console to prepare for their stronger better console.

Being a "monster" is all relative. Remember that that Xbone is only 1.3 TFLOPS, so of course something 4.5-5x better seems ridiculous, even if it only ends up being roughly half a RX Vega, which is itself expected to be somewhere between a 1080 and 1080 Ti.

PS4 Pro is just old GCN plus 2xfp16 and per-pixel hardware ID buffer (mesh + triangle IDs) generation, which accelerates all the TXAA and checkerboard rendering crap.
Last I heard nobody knows what pieces of Vega that Scorpio will inherit, and the 2x fp16 is probably the only guaranteed bet, whereas other new features like the tiling/binning rasterizer probably will matter more for future AMD cards.

Scorpio will need to resort to PS4 Pro-style rendering hacks like checkerboarding, just with moderately better results.

Scorpio will have a Jaguar with clock above 2.0Ghz on CPU and Polaris based GPU that can reach 6TFlops. A RX 480 clocked at 1400Mhz can reach 6 Tflops easily or they can just increase the ammount of SPUs to reach that i na lower clock.
The system will have a total of 12GB GDDR5 ram at 8000Mhz that can be overclocked to 9000Mhz no problem.
