Anything goes for recommendations, I'm willing to consider anything because I don't have any good names for myself. I'm high-masters as a Mercy main / support main, but on my smurf I'll probably not try too hard and play a bit of everything.

You wont get anything serious here because you're clearly a Mercy main and everyone knows Mercy mains are just filthy heal sluts to service your team's health bar and let them dump cum inside you every once in a while when the team feels like gracing you with their throbbing manhood.
Healslut will work just fine for you, but since Blizzard will likely ban you for having 'slut' in your name, try HealS or unless user was implying "sleeve", as in that you're the sleeve of an onahole.

I like HealSlave, but I already know with at least one Mercy main who already uses the name at my SR (3800) and I end up in games a lot with them.. Would be awkward to have the same name. ;_;
