The most common thing to go wrong during Scathach is a bunch of DPS move around when the shadows gather on the floor and the healers freak the fuck out trying to cope with 10+ bleeds.
...Or no one stacks with the tank when they last few bosses do the stacking buster on the tank in succession. On the plus side that's been one of the few spots where Living Dead actually worked.

Probably the weirdest thing would be for them to put Storm's Eye as a role skill, just with a more tank focused name.
Besides, if the 20% damage reduction is in the role pool, it's nothing more than a WAR buff. I don't think they're going to nerf it into the ground, they're probably gonna do major tank redesign and up PLD and DRK/fix the holes those two have.
