Been re-playing RE1, now playing with Jill for the first time ever. Why does it feel SO much easier? I know both she and Chris have their advantages and disadvantages, but i really think Jill's advantages outweight her disadvantages harder than they should.

Yeah, the inventory slots aren't really a problem if you know what you're doing, but Chris also gets a bunch more enemies (that also take more hits) and doesn't get his ass saved by Barry a million times. With Jill you could literally kill every single zombie and still be fine
I think with Chris zombies also take more bullets to die, no?

The grenade launcher is what makes Jill kind of easy.

I really like the series as a whole. 1-3 are definitely worth playing. Also REmake is the best one.

Chris is hard mode
Though Chris balances out towards the mid game. He doesn't get the grenade launch, but he doesn't have to juggle the 3 different ammo types, he just gets more shotgun rounds, which means at a certain point he can just use the shotgun for the rest of game, which is really useful considering he has less inventory room.
Jills grenade launcher is more powerful and has a lock pick, which makes her easier in general.
