Here's a rough concept for you
The sequel is just called Katherine. It takes place where True C ending is canon.
When Vincent suddenly goes missing, Katherine is the one asking the most questions. Somehow she gets it out of Mutton on what happened. Refusing to believe such an stupid story and determined to find Vincent, she twists his arm to prove it to her.
This leads to Katherine being thrown into the Netherworld where she must descend the many layers to reach Nergal's, now Vincent's) keep. Desperate to dethrone Vincent, Nergal assists Katherine along the way, although unable to directly.
Gameplay is literally turned on its head and overhauled to suit descending and horizontal puzzles as opposed to ascending puzzles.

the story is solved but this game has potential for more, you can explore other people that arent Vincent, other people dealing with their problems and their relationships or solitude, everyone has their own story to tell.

Being able to see things from Katherine's point of view would be a great opportunity to flesh out her character and give her a lot more depth and meaning beyond what people just see her as.

The hero rescuing the princess is a tried and true concept, but the princess saving her hero from damnation isn't really something that's explored all that often and a game like Catherine is a great place to try it out in. Not bad user, keep up the good work.
