Zelda and MK8D. Was thinking of getting Puyo Puyo Tetris.

Zelda and Puyo. Poorfag right now, want MK8D, Wonderboy, bomberman etc. but desu would probably spend that money on Nier instead and wait for Splatoon and ARMS.

Spend the money on bomberman, Konami is actually putting an effort into the game and is doing free DLC. It's our last chance before they go full pachiko.

This, the soundtrack sounds great but the game play looks mediocre, wish to confirm

Decent action arcade for $5. No level variety, beatable in under an hour, replayability comes from the different characters, speedrunning (in game timer and best scores), and unlocking the sound test.
Minor gripe is how you can't defend yourself when holding a key or item you need to transport elsewhere, so you either dodge everything or get hit and have to redo it all over again.

I bought it and played a little bit.
Seems like a Zelda game with even less depth.
Music seems good.
Combat is pretty mindless and boring (with blue hair girl, at least).

If you're enjoying the demo that much that you're playing it for hours, I'd say yes. I was also playing the demo for hours before the game came out. Full game is absolutely worth $30.

Planning on eventually getting Snake Pass, Binding of Isaac, Has Been Heroes. Maybe world of goo since I never played it. Definitely getting ARMS and Disgaea 5, and that $20 arcade basketball game, whatever its called.

Once Splatoon 2 comes out that will be the end of it. I won't really need any other game ever. I'll still buy games but its all just extra stuff to me.

I hate most indie games. I think cave story is hot garbage and really overrated. I bought the treasure pack just to play a bit of simple coop with my little brother since I don't get to see him often. It was actually really fucking good. Coop works really well, and single player is even better.

It's actually really charming and doesnt take itself super seriously. I think it's the perfect switch game. It's the kind of qualtiy you'd expect from a megaman game in terms of design. Like some kind of hyper polished NES game. Took me back to megaman 10 and just being satisfied with a game that teaches through its level and doesnt hold your fuckin hand

I was on the fence with that game, but the developers can eat shit after their solution to the Framerate issues on the Switch was to tell people to buy the PC version.

I wish that there was an option to install physical media on the Switch.

I'm not really into racing games. Might get MK8 down the line, not like I have anyone to play it with anyway. I've never really been a Zelda fan, either, so I'm in no rush to play it.

I have Zelda, Bomberman, Shovel Knight, Puyo Puyo, Blaster Master and 1-2 Switch (we spontaneously got it for a party. $50 for it should almost be criminal but the party was a huge success so I can't say I regret it.)

As for games that don't have release dates or estimates though. When will Nintendo let me get my portable Mario 64 for the Switch? No. I was not a fan of Mario 64 DS. The D-Pad ruined it.

Wait for Skelux's finished patch. He is completely changing the controls of 64 DS to make it like the original 64's. This means that if you have a 3DS and a flashcard, or an emulator, you can play the game with 64's controls. He said he is going to release the finished patch sometime this year, which is great.

The Switch's library looks like the app selection of my 10 year old cousin's iPhone.

it has two major games right now, both of which are actually good, at launch. i'd say it's typical of any launch, but keyword here being good, i'd say Nintendo is doing better than most consoles on average with the Switch.

and considering sales have obviously completely exceeded their expectations, it's safe to say in 1-2 years time, the library of the Switch will be impressive.
