There should be NPC-unique weapons on top of boss weapons that you can transpose, rather than just being random pickups or buying them from the shop after you kill them. You get one infusion stone per NG that infuses the weapon with the power of love. And by love I actually mean rape.

The closest thing that Souls offers to waifus is weaponfus, so why not combine the two?

Ignoring OP's question, if the Witch of Izalith's plan was to create a new flame from her own lord soul as a replacement for the First Flame, didn't she kind of succeed? Sure she was completely engulfed by it and ended up creating demons and shit, but both the chaos flame and the first flame act pretty similarly.
