If Atlus would port their games to PC, they'd start from older games, as is norm with niche Japanese publisher, like when NISA put the very first Disgaea on PC and is progressing from there. On a good luck we'd get Golden, on a bad they'd start from very beginning with PSP ports.
But again, I doubt that's gonna happen. It's way more likely we'll see ports of some base Sega series, but even Yakuza seems unlikely.
