John Romero's enormous fucking dong in a jar of formaldehyde

Sealed english copy of Ever17 for PC.

there is virtually no use for this disc, the redditor did the right thing

Factory plastic sealed pokemon Red version

Don't forget the fact that it wasn't his own property, so he did the right thing by giving it back to the original owner.

I have 2 copies of duelin firemen 7" vinyl promo, run of 500. Has my favorite band boredoms on one side and some random song on the other. I sleep with it at night.

It was a pain in the ass to get but it was worth it.

Honestly I would have done the same thing. First off, Starcraft is old as fuck and no one cares about it save for a few people. Secondly, finding a buyer would be frustating as you'd have trolls and people trying to scam you.

And most importantly it's a huge legal grey area.

UO and Everquest Beta CD's probably. Maybe some of my older shit on 3.5.

That's why you would just upload it online you retard.

>want to buy this
>$500
>rakuten will probably fuck it up in shipping anyway

>make a backup of the cd for yourself
>upload the source to the internet
>wait a few years to avoid suspicions
>try to contact some big collectors while keeping a low profile
>if that doesn't work give it to Blizzard and still get the rewards while still doing a favor to the starcraft community

He literally handled the situation in the worst way possible.

have fun at blizzcon!

Related? Maybe my original collectors edition duke nukem 3d mousepad. God I got 30 years of PC gaming shit in the house.
Star Wars Galaxies pin.

I have one, too, but only because my points or stars or whatever Nintendo was using at the time was about to expire.

It's one of the rarest commercially released NES games according to wikipedia, for whatever that's worth.

user please send me UO disks or upload the ISOs. UO is my favorite game ever made

Authentic Iwata dick mold buttplug, I keep it in my anus all night

...

I cant really decide

A cecha ps3 that works
Every pokemon game boxed (except 3ds and wiiu games)
Gold pokemon gameboy color
boxed clear gameboy

idk theres probably something rarer.

FE PoR and RD

he got dogshit tier goodies though instead he could have been the coolest kid on the block or sold it to a rich korean for many monies

Old copy of Darklands 3.5 that my best friend made for me along with a xerox copy of the entire manual for getting past the "security" at the time. Made long before CD's became a thing.

Bro died back in 2005. Left me all his comics and gaming stuff in his will. 300 people at his funeral, me and his brother recognized none of em.

Fuck i'm old.

only 100 of these made

It's just the client copy, worthless without a server to log into.

I still have the cloth map that Ultima Online came with and a Max Payne 1 mousepad.

art books are the best

God I lost mine decade or so ago. Had stains all over it. used to keep it on the wall back when the wife and I played.

fuck yeah, ballistic make make awesome ones aswell, i use expose as art inspo

Probably the original FFVII strategy guide. Or maybe the unused 60day game card for Warhammer Online. You could apparently get these refunded when the game shut it's servers. Can't imagine many people have them left.

Rookgaard Antidote Rune in Tibia, i guess
they haven't been available for ages, 2010 i think?

I had to register the equivalent of 30 Wii/DS games on Club Nintendo, it took me a whole day of putting in codes, I don't know how many you needed in the US.

Are they really rare?
Radiant Dawn in particular, I used to see it at gamestop for 9,99€ all the time.

Who cares about the money?

They're pretty expensive now that the series has become popular and people want to play the older games

oh shit that reminded me, the rarest thing i have is the club nintendo posters for legend of zelda skyward sword. they sent me 4 instead of 3 because one had a misprint on it (extra sketch). i wonder how rare they are

Oh yea and I also have Project Majestic Mix: A Tribute to Nobuo Uematsu Silver Edition.

doesnt make them rare, just expensive

I got one of the wolf rider statues for having an active WoW sub for 10 years. I will always wonder exactly how many of these they sent out, and how many people even got theirs considering Blizzard didn't tell anyone they were shipping them.

>it wasn't his own property

You're still going on about this Starcraft shit?

I had so much STUFF, OP. Like old consoles that I'd not heard of until I had one. I think one was called the "Adam" and I had a Poltergeist and an Aliens:The Computer Game for it, literally never seen it since. I had an Atari 800 and SO MANY games for it, but then I met like 10 other people who also had one and I was less impressed with myself.

Had a Sonic 10th anniversary artbook and gold coin thing, as well as a S.T.A.R.S. snap-back cap, Lunar for Sega CD with the cloth map and soundtrack CD which seems to be ridiculous hard to find anymore, a pro-action-replay for an NES (had to order by mail, so it was sort-of rare).

Had all of that.

Then baby-mama happened.

Her brother popped by one day while I was at work, and that was that.

In another life, she would have been buried that day..

>upload the source to the internet
>wait a few years to avoid suspicions
>try to contact some big collectors while keeping a low profile
This is where your argument falls apart, in the risk vs reward department. Upload it and maybe get caught by a multi millionaire corporate legal team. Wait a few years with stolen goods. Then find a god damn Rick Harrison tier expert that's not going to fuck you over. Find a seller for a niche that maybe 2000 people on the whole planet actually give a fuck about. Hope they don't rat you out for any reason like price or just being American, doesnt matter. Then maybe get a pay out 5 years down the fucking line. You Sup Forums tards think this shit out be easy, but it's a pain in the ass. An adult isn't going to risk that much when at the end of the day the money he could have gotten would have been a cash value worth $1000 more than his vacation AKA not a whole lot of money in the real world. And that's all after sitting on it for years and the hassle of actually selling it.

>we could have had OpenStarCraft if it wasn't found by a redditor
>we will probably never get another opportunity like this
Fucking moralfags

What? They made it unavailable?
Man, Tibia devs sucked all the fun from the game didn't they

not him but first off its not considered stolen goods once he owns it due to the chain of sales. Second off, he could easily upload the source through tor and be done with it

Even tor isn't necessary. That retard could never make it work anyway. Uploading through a public wifi away from cameras would be good enough.

earthbound isn't actually a good game

he owned the disc but not what was on it.

Catherine Love is Over Edition is the rarest thing I've got.

All the other collector's editions I bought are still available.

Wait, he couldn't get Tor working? It's as easy as downloading it and running an EXE.

there rarely public wifi that will support a 400mb+ upload without cameras and a legal binding t and c

i have a original Unreal cd somewhere

Stop with the shitty marketing stunt threads

Kid Icarus+Stand.

Oh god. I had forgotten about the stand. Kek.

I have Rule of Rose with the box, manual, and disk in excellent condition. I've had it for a little over a year now, but I'm going to start playing it next weekend since I just finished grad school.

>When you finally realize Britannia is the UK upside down

I feel so stupid

Hehe I remember using it for pretty much everything BUT Kid Icarus, it's a shame I lost the box and collectible cards though.

I have a copy of earthbound from back when

>implying I wouldn't split the file into a hundred pieces and upload them all to Mega through multiple McDonalds restaurant's free wifi connections in different cities while sitting in a taxi waiting for drivethru, on weekends, pretending to be drunk and omw home over several months

>was gonna buy it when it was originally released
>didnt
>now sells for upwards of 500 dollars

Goddammit

A GTA San Andreas mixtape from the rapper that voiced CJ, with an drawn map of the game from the lead designer of the game, there is also his signature. And a unique copy, with the Hot Coffee mod installed

Sealed copy of .hack//gu vol 3. Still haven't beaten the second one so I haven't even unsealed it yet.

You know the UK is literally called britannia in many languages.

Found these at a flea market, I was thinking of turning them into gaming pcs.

Nothing ;_;

my steel battalion controller setup.

why even bother, tor and done.

wait a sec, is this a reference. like a reference to a recent even. pretty [{()}]

I bought a boxed Sega Multimega for 300€ around 10 years ago when was into collecting shit. They are a bit more expensive now, so I'll probably sell t sooner than later.

i don't know

Picture?

...

>paid 180€ when came out with all the import pains
>checked the price on this like a month ago
>shat bricks

Good set though really worth the weight

D23 Disney Infinity 3.0 Mickey mouse power disk. Mint condition.

I'm still at work sadly and will not be home before a couple of hours. I know for a fact at least 3 people received the same package, but I never saw it on reddit or anywhere :/

Probably the virtual boy here. I completely bought the hype and saved up lawn mowing and snow shoveling money for months so I could buy it at launch. Boy what a purchase. Sadly the foam visor thing crumbled and fell apart, I need to find a replacement someday before they all disappear.

...

Holy shit, that's beautiful. I'm jealous.

Except it wouldn't be expensive if it wasn't rare. Go make yourself feel validated elsewhere pleb.

this goes to show that not all rare items are of value.

no, thats just supply and demand, the demand is high now but the game itself isnt rare, just not commercially available.

Also have a Steel Battalion controller, not sure if those are rare or just uncommon.

Gonna go with Dino Defender cause by the sound of things, less than 5,000 copies were sold.

It's a toss up between my planetside 1 beta cds, or my league of legends LAN server/client version of the game back when jarvan was released.

Got it at a pax tourney it's fun to have a LAN party with old league of legends characters like pre Sion rework. Not to mention stacking 5 hearts of gold.

I own beta and alpha versions of spyro the dragon

Nintendo WC Gold and the guide that came with it. I'm going to sell it when me and my girlfriend decide to get kids

lol LAN server?! holy shit i didnt think such a thing ever exsisted.

Underrated

Did you play competitive LoL or something?

Fuck I'm interested

You're in the wrong place, nu-male.

can you upload this somewhere, id love to play old league even if its lan

>Missed the artbook
>Missed the physical copies of New n Tasty
Fuck my life. At least I got the vinyl I suppose.

Are they on the internet? Do the right thing if they aren't user.

If I found out my Dad had that and sold it I would kick him in the balls

I was told physical copies were pretty rare in NA. At one point they were selling crazy high on E-bay. Too bad my friends and I cracked out on this game.

Not really just was a plat in season 1 and 2 then turned into a gold shitter. I was going to pax just to well see pax back then, this was before twitch was a thing and owned.tv was the big company.

When I got there they were having a league tourney so I made a post on league forums about forming a team. Made a team 5 minutes before sign ups closed. It consisted of 2 plats and bronze guy.

We ran a 3 smite build since it was twisted tree line and were keeping jungle in lockdown. We lost to hotshotgg team which was all 3 pro players.

On the computer I was at though they had the installers for server and client software. I popped a USB in and copied that stuff. Sometimes still have LAN parties of old league with my friends it's pretty fun.

on rookgaard yes, it got replaced with some faggy "antidote potion"
i agree, cipsoft is just horrible

Pat?

>Are they on the internet? Do the right thing if they aren't user.

Do you mean I should return it to Insomniac games?
