I'm glad this thread popped up, since I found out info some folks on here might not know.

When that info dropped at the panel with Langdon and the other DMC bros the game they were doing mocap and whatnot for was for the DMC Pachinko game. Even the twitter post that he posted with Bosch in mocap suits was for the Pachinko game.

He then proceeded to get excited, since he said he was voicing Dante in the Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, since the roster apparently got leaked. When I asked him about DMC5 possibly being revealed at E3, he gave an excited, "I hope so too!" response to me. Whether or not he couldn't tell me because of NDA or because he legit does not know if DMC5 is being made remains to be seen, but as far as I see it, there's a slim chance that it'll be revealed at E3.

My man, yes they did. When I asked him, stright to his face, if the mocap they did and the info they accidently revealed was for the pachinko game, he said yes, it was for it. Considering this is already out and people know about it, he has no reason to lie to me. If you can't believe, then watch the youtube video where they explicitly show mocap work being done.

Man, I wanted to know the answer to what Langdon and his pals were working on probably more than a lot of people on here and after seeing that info on that pachinko game pop up, it was way too coincidental.

I asked him this personally, to his face. If you don't believe me, you are more than welcome to fly to Orlando and see him at AFO yourself to confirm this. Or, accept the fact that DMC5 is probably not going to happen. I don't like it anymore than you do, but them's the breaks.

Okay, say you're right. That still doesn't explain what Itsuno is working on, and it doesn't explain the Capcom timetable saying that a new DMC is to be released in quarter in the near future, from which every other game in the lineup proved to have been real.

I'm just saying man, it doesn't bode well if the guy who mocaped and voiced the main character of the entire series doesn't really know if one's getting made or not. I know VA's don't typically get told what games they do voices for, but I feel DMC is an exception. That right there could be a red flag in of itself, since it could be another DmC situation or even a DMC4 situation, where Dante isn't even the main character. Hell, Dante might not even be in DMC5, you never know.

Well, the response he gave me was one of hopeful wishes, since I asked him if he's looking forward to DMC5 possibly getting announced. We shall see tormorrow. He's happy to be voicing Dante in MvC:I though.

I've been unironically saving a month's worth of load for when DMC5 gets announced for good luck. My god. The time will come and so will I.
