Yeah A class and beyond is a cunt. The time trials especially become fucking impossible after a while.

The game really isn't that hard. Hardest part I found was finding a comfy config for the controller.

You're not meant to use pilot assist.

Do you like Zone mode? Play that non stop on track: Syncopia and after you're good enough to reach Zone 75 you'll be fine with everything else.

timing, airbrakes, throttle control and pitch control. Also knowing track layouts works wonders too. Phantom class isn't something you are meant to jump straight into, it's something challenging for once you've gotten better at the game.
