fill it up with original ips from the past along with it being a steam machine. also allow for it to be customized to however the consumer sees fit. if they want it vanilla then they can have it vanilla. if they want to build an actually pc with it then have at it hoss go right ahead. also offer discounts to all the games that are semi exclusive to both xbox and ps such as guilty gear.

all in all make it 100 base so we can get the lower middle class market

Reboot Golden Axe as a DMC+Dark Souls styled game.

You create a hero, and explore the regions inspired by the classic Golden Axe games. You rest at bonfires to restore health but enemies sometimes come and try to steal your shit. Sorceries are powerful but very limited depending on class. You dont level up at all, but you scavenge what you can and them upgrade the stuff you like. You can ride mounts to get around faster, but they are easily spooked (yet somewhat plentiful. They are around should you need them, but you wont need to rely on them unless you are speedrunning or something. or just want to give mounted combat a go)

The final boss is a three form Death Adder who turns into a muscle giant when you beat his ass the first time, then becomes a fucked up black man dragon as his final form.

Then I would make a Streets of Rage fighting game. Sonic Battle styled with weapons and shit to pick up and hit people with, and move sets to pick between. And I'd have other characters from other games as unlockable secrets. Including the fucking Daytona USA car because why not?
