What's your vidya non-canon otp?

THis made infinitely more sense than Ron and Hermione. Also, Cloud and Tifa.

Me and you're are mom

Dreamfall Chapters was a mistake

Justine Courtney and Miles Edgeworth.

But I guess Miles is smart enough not to settle down with a woman with a child also he's a huge homo

Ky/Sol is the hottest thing ever.
Sol/Ky is disgusting.

...

OP said non-canon.

Tia got cucked hard. Selan was hotter though and I suppose getting friendzoned actually saved her life in the end

Rowling just tried to meme around the fact that Harry x Hermione was the obvious choice.

They're non-canon, real canon girl coming through

...

What did Harry and Ginny actually have in common? They didn't even have any good chemistry. Hermione and Harry got along super well, while she and Ron only fought.
Rowling is a fucking hack.

Shame she did that but didn't go with Neville as the chosen one. Would've made Harry seem like less of an insufferable Mary Sue.

It's wrong on so many levels and that just makes it even better.

Hermione and Ron always fought because they were always going to get together. Ginny was set up to be Harry's love interest from the beginning. That seed was planted in the first book.

With Ron and Herminone, there was maybe some character development and chemistry between them. There was basically none between Harry and Ginny. Ginny just autistically fantasized about Harry from book 1, and eventually Harry went with "oh well, might just fuck the retarded redhead because fuck I got burned when I tried to get it on with that slant eyed chink".

Shepard and Aria. They had great chemistry.

Hmm young redhead or busted Asian. I wonder which one is the prize. Ginny started fighting alongside him in the fifth book which is much more than busted did.

Ginny's character was as shallow as a puddle, and as flat as a floorboard.
She was a shitty, shoehorned love interest.

He planted his seed in the first book? Weren't they 10 years old there?!

These two.

I agree with this post,
I'm really sad that only a few girls were developed to be good people in those books.
Personally I like
Harry x Hermione
Neville x Luna
Ron x Fleur
Draco x Ginny (this one would have been great if they had redeemed Draco for any of his shit, but of course Rowling wouldn't do that for him while Snape exists.)

>Draco x Ginny
11 year old girl fapfick tier.
t. Read shit like that as a kid from fanfiction.net

That's gay user

Harry Potter is fucking shit

Sorry for being a child when all these books released. I never revisited them, so I guess my thoughts never developed.
Talking about ships is kind of immature anyway so I guess it suits the topic

Very gay.

Does anyone else think Harry Potter has been one of the dullest franchises in the history of movie franchises? Each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Aside from the gloomy imagery, the series’ only consistency has been its lack of excitement and ineffective use of special effects, all to make magic unmagical, to make action seem inert.

Perhaps the die was cast when Rowling vetoed the idea of Spielberg directing the series; she made sure the series would never be mistaken for a work of art that meant anything to anybody?just ridiculously profitable cross-promotion for her books. The Harry Potter series might be anti-Christian (or not), but it’s certainly the anti-James Bond series in its refusal of wonder, beauty and excitement. No one wants to face that fact. Now, thankfully, they no longer have to.

>a-at least the books were good though r-right
"No!"
The writing is dreadful; the book was terrible. As I read, I noticed that every time a character went for a walk, the author wrote instead that the character "stretched his legs."

I began marking on the back of an envelope every time that phrase was repeated. I stopped only after I had marked the envelope several dozen times. I was incredulous. Rowling's mind is so governed by cliches and dead metaphors that she has no other style of writing. Later I read a lavish, loving review of Harry Potter by the same Stephen King. He wrote something to the effect of, "If these kids are reading Harry Potter at 11 or 12, then when they get older they will go on to read Stephen King." And he was quite right. He was not being ironic. When you read "Harry Potter" you are, in fact, trained to read Stephen King.

Harry x Luna is the true otp

>Hermione
>not Luna
She was the only good thing about the books post Goblet.

tldr.

Yes, I agree with the first sentance, it is astoundingly dull. But then again, so is every franchise/series in which you get to follow the Great Mary Sue of Destiny.
