>Emuparadise gets BTFO
>they delete ROMS
>ROMfags keep crying
Emulators shall be illegal. Every other company shall do what we do! And every emulatorfag site shall be dead. Downloading ROMs of old Nintendo games is still wrong.
Emuparadise gets BTFO

>using shitty single rom sites when whole packs can be downloaded easily
LMAOing @ your life
You can thank me! I think other game companies, like Sony and Microsoft should take down ROMs too. Also, PCbros should know that PC is not a console and is not for gaming. If you want to play a game, buy a fucking console.
Please do this "Please understand" meme. It's been overused by retards.
*don't do
My bad.
Can I Download a Nintendo ROM from the Internet if I Already Own the Authentic Game?
There is a good deal of misinformation on the Internet regarding the backup/archival copy exception. It is not a "second copy" rule and is often mistakenly cited for the proposition that if you have one lawful copy of a copyrighted work, you are entitled to have a second copy of the copyrighted work even if that second copy is an infringing copy. The backup/archival copy exception is a very narrow limitation relating to a copy being made by the rightful owner of an authentic game to ensure he or she has one in the event of damage or destruction of the authentic. Therefore, whether you have an authentic game or not, or whether you have possession of a Nintendo ROM for a limited amount of time, i.e. 24 hours, it is illegal to download and play a Nintendo ROM from the Internet.
only for a few months. emuparadise town down nintendo roms from few years back and put it back again, you know
>microsoft
>rom
Um sweetie, they're called .iso, or a disc image. they aren't roms okay, honey?
Who cares? What Nintendo says it's not wrong.
And why I can't see the download link of OoT?
>he isn't on a private tracker
lol?
Try pulling archive.org tripnigger
You do realize that the entirety of the NES/SNES/N64 libraries are only a couple of GB at most in size? There's no way they'll ever eradicate all copies of it.
reselling games from 20 years ago should be illegal.
Nigga I got all the roms years ago. Too little too late
where to get them from tho, I'd love to download the entire snes library
check again in a few months after nintendo is not paying attention anymore or when they discontinue SNES classic
Where? Please don't be a faggot like some guy in the other thread who only "hints."
Good thing i alreadt have full rom sets of nes/snes

How Does Nintendo Feel About the Emergence of Video Game Emulators?
The introduction of emulators created to play illegally copied Nintendo software represents the greatest threat to date to the intellectual property rights of video game developers. As is the case with any business or industry, when its products become available for free, the revenue stream supporting that industry is threatened. Such emulators have the potential to significantly damage a worldwide entertainment software industry which generates over $15 billion annually, and tens of thousands of jobs.

People Making Nintendo Emulators and Nintendo ROMs are Helping Publishers by Making Old Games Available that are No Longer Being Sold by the Copyright Owner. This Does Not Hurt Anyone and Allows Gamers to Play Old Favorites. What's the Problem?
The problem is that it's illegal. Copyrights and trademarks of games are corporate assets. If these vintage titles are available far and wide, it undermines the value of this intellectual property and adversely affects the right owner. In addition, the assumption that the games involved are vintage or nostalgia games is incorrect. Nintendo is famous for bringing back to life its popular characters for its newer systems, for example, Mario and Donkey Kong have enjoyed their adventures on all Nintendo platforms, going from coin-op machines to our latest hardware platforms. As a copyright owner, and creator of such famous characters, only Nintendo has the right to benefit from such valuable assets.

In other words: less people have it = more valuable
[judaism intensifies]
I am getting a raspberry pi together, so getting the roms would be great [email protected]
FYI for those of you that got confused: Emuparadise only took down roms for Nintendo IPs, you can still download games for Nintendo systems that isn't Mario and Zelda
I'm about to hack the Wii U + Wii mode so this would be perfect timing, thanks user.
archive.org
You can still access the download links if you go through archive.org. I'm surprised people don't know about this

Its ok he can have my 10 min - 24 hour or w/e disposable email lmao.
I can't the links are behind log in to a thread
Well, even the oldest video game isn't really that old. And games that came out 30 years ago especially are not that old. This idea of "preservation" has always been a rationalization for 99% of the people involved in the emulation scene. You want to play games for free, just admit it nigga.
actually open registration is happening right now you don't even need invites:
bitgamer.ch
its a decent site. its shit compared to the original bitgamer but that closed about 5 years ago and nothing will ever come close to it.
Just Google no- intro Rom pack.
Someone shoot already, damm it.
8 years.
I never expected this day to come. Time to download the entire snes library.
Its settled.
Lets all go down to the nearest gamestop and pick up a copy of Chrono Trigger
Take me to the local game store to get Pong daddy.
For every one commercially viable video game there are at least a couple hundred abandoned turds.
Just look at early computer software lol.
Good to catalog and back it up now.
they can potentially suck my dick
>legality = morality
>copyrights and trademarks aren't among the worst of jewish tricks
>bar shiggy, the people who made games 20 years ago are still directly profiting off the sales of those 20 year old games and not just the suits at the top
why is corporate dicksucking so popular nowadays, even ironically
>emulators hurt the industry
>the shitty industry we all want to collapse anyway to get a fresh start again

fuck it, this is encouraging if anything
KEEP CIRCULATING THE TAPES

And nothing of value was lost
Man if you would that'd be so sweet

Check the emuparadise forums
And what, exactly, were you expecting their position to be?
>nah senpai it's cool, help yourself to our games -the legal team
at this point I'd wager at leas some of the devs of these games don't see a red cent from the sales of these classic emulator memeshits and virtual console and are just happy people still enjoy their work after all this time
How much money would Nintendo lose by Another Metroid Remake?
A: Zero
Why people supported C&D by Nintendo?
A: They are jewish whores

I don't think those sorts of people exist in America anymore.
> Every other company shall do what we do!
No they won't, first of all.
>ROMfags keep crying
You do realize that by buying any nintendo shit these days you are literally supporting a company that claimed roms are "illegal" and then turned around and used those "illegal" roms on an EMULATOR that they sold to cucks like you for $80.
This is bait, right?
Emulation is not illegal, downloading illegal uploads of roms, is.
Emuparadise forums, emporium section
I like how this turned into a rom sharing thread though. Must be OP's ultimate plan all along.
I'm more interested in the bitgamer account to be quite honest
I used to have a gazelle games account and bg but they both got deactivated due to inactivity.
I have a seedbox now though and no private trackers, the one I'm most frustrated about not having an invite to is bakabt so I can get the berserk dark horse scans
You could count on one finger people who exclusive emulate from ripped retro cartridges they bought
They've been shooting at him ever since he started running for president, but he just wont go away.
>[game name censored for safety] is still there
thank god
>You could count on one finger people who exclusive emulate from ripped retro cartridges they bought
Okay, but emulation itself is quite literally, not illegal. This is settled law.
