SA2's Chao Garden was improved in almost every way, but didn't have this for the races youtu.be/BzNxY8i-Rdo and that made me disappointed.

All those fuckers had to do was make a hubworld, and considering the fags they have as permanent fanbase, they could have total re-hash stages and maybe an updated chao garden. It would have printed money Sega. The graphics could have been heroes tier even. Instead we got '06. Why is the industry so out of touch?

Pretty much. Every single time a new 3D Sonic game comes out people spam them with questions about a new Chao Garden so they definitely are aware there is a demand, they just aren't doing anything about it.
Sega could make so much money with a Chao Raising Mobage, it'd be absolutely disgusting.
I'm almost convinced there are some rights issues with it, there is simply no other reason for them to just straight up ignore Chao like they have been.

They wouldn't even need the code from the old games. Something like a chao garden isn't even that difficult to program, Sega is just lazy.

SA2 came out in 2001, and is considered by most to be the last "good" Sonic game. By 2006, the series had deteriorated so god damn much that Sega honestly thought 06 was a finished game.
