Hard to say. DR3 had its entire synopsis and plot details leaked before the game was announced, and DR4 screens and accurate plot details were posted directly on Sup Forums right before E3 2016 where it was revealed.
Its clear someone at Capcom Vancouver is a leaker, so hard to say.
