Depends on what you consider good. First 3 Wild Arms games I enjoyed. Crash Bandicoot was good when it originally came out. Some consider Gran Turismo good, though it was far more impactful in the PS1-PS2 era.

It's hard to really judge Japan Studio's output as one studio, since it's got a huge personnel base of about 300-400 people who are working on a bazillion projects at once. It's why their internal output varies wildly from cool stuff like Gravity Rush and Tokyo Jungle to outright crap like Knack. It's reflected in their collaborations as well, so you'll get very good games like Bloodborne and Soul Sacrifice, but then also stuff like that terrible Soviet-oriented F2P game that was helmed by Miyamoto's son-in-law.
