Sandopolis, Carnival Night, Launch Base were all awful and Lava Reef was meh. People only really like 3K for all the "lore" wank it brought about.
Mania only had maybe one bad act really (Mirage Act 1 as Sonic or Tails)
CD is and was a bad game. Poor level design, uneven difficulty and wonky physics.
