Why does this game look significantly worse than generations? The boost games were always lacking in complex level design but sonic forces takes it to a whole new level with just straight hallways, even in the 2D sections. The shadow 2D segment was a complete joke.
Compare classic sonic green hill zone in forced to green hill in Sonic Mania, it's laughable.
This is also the first sonic game I've heard since sonic 4 with genuinely bad music. Classic green hill sounds like a malfunctioning Casio keyboard and the dubstep tracks with pitchy vocals is just awful. Like even sonic 06 had great music christ
