Doom aimed to be the best looking console shooter at 60fps. Doom is also a twitch shooter, imagining it at 30fps is really slowing down the pace. As for Destiny, the game itself is slow, 30fps in that case isnt a big dealbreaker.

Remember when the GC and Xbox were more powerful than the PS2? Most multiplat games on the GC and Zbox could hit 60 fps easily, while the PS2 struggled to do so, yet the PS2 sold more just because it had a DVD player.

nah, it looks better, I quite enjoyed Doom 3 on the original Xbox. going to get this for Switch even though I have a gaming pc/ps4 and xbone. simply for the portability.

In my opinion the game even running at all is an achievement, seeing how it's not even a console.
