Instead of shitposting, why don't we try discussing what are the upcoming monster's weakpoints? I reckon this guy is weak to water and has weakspots on his legs judging from the footage we've seen.
Monster Hunter World
Impact on head
That's pretty much a given at this point in the series.
>metal raths
>Not breaking the head
>diablos and monoblos
Weak to watersports.
new weapon confirmed?
a random demon with spikes
old flagships were recognizable and had a monster hunter look
this shit comes straight from toukiden
a flagship with no identity
Sup Forums will defend this
El Gigante and sipping on the move are the only things I'm worried about, everything else looks fine IMO
Hey guy. Remember when you said all the mantles were revealed and no new ones were coming and every single one was detailed?
A new mantle showed up for water movement, mud along with two other mantles that only the names were shown. Get fucking rekt faggot.
As long as it makes Nintenbros butthurt I don't see any reason to stop defending this game.
His black spikes can broke if he tries too hard.
Then then grow up but are softer/white.
Hit those before they get hard again.
I quite like its design. Looks like a cross between Gore, Diablos and Steve.
>Kushala
>boring dragon with wind
>no identity
>Tigrex
>random t-rex dragon that roars
>no identity
>Narga
>random cat dragon with honorabu katana wings
>no identity
>Lagiacrus
>random boring sea serpent that had its only gimmick taken away so never ever again
>no identity
>Zinogre
>random edgy glowing lightning wolf
>no identity
>Gore
>random uncircumcised penis
>no identity
Looks like Rathalos is the only real flagship.
Aside from the spikes, I think the design is actually a little too simple. The white dragon from the TGS trailer was much cooler in my opinion. But it's all pretty subjective anyway, and personally my opinions tend to change after I've seen the monster in motion. For example, I disliked Zinogre's design a lot at first, but after hunting it a few times it became one of my favorites based on how it fought
El Gigante reminds me of a power rangers/sentai monster of the week
I gotta post it
Looks fun to fight, at least, even if it's not all that visually engaging. Maybe it'll grow on me.
...
Nergigante's horns reminds me of this guy
>yfw you break his horns he loses one horn like Zodd does
Hopefully he won't be as much as a jobber as Zod d was.
>When producing or upgrading weapons, which can be done using materials and money, you can choose from the weapons tree. Additionally, some weapons can rollback their upgrade to be upgraded again on another branch of the weapons tree. (If you rollback, all of the materials you used for that upgrade will be returned.)
Pretty cool, nah?
More of a quality of life thing.
it makes next to zero sense but really handy
he looks like a bearded dragon shat out by the devil
what monster diablos fucked who create that thing?
Steve from the look of it.
>Steve is still the best boy
Healing while moving will be fine since it's in response to several other changes and additions, plus it's at egg speeds anyway.
Why are monster feet so sexy?
Unnecessary but interesting. I guess it means instead of having multiple weapons made you could have one and keep downgrading and changing it to what you want, but I don't really see that being much easier or more convenient if you can make both weapons anyway.
>Pretty cool, nah?
No, because you already have the weapon tree right before you eyes when you are crafting your weapon, only a complete retard would a weapon by mistake.
Totally Unnecessary.
That's the hope, anyway. I mean, I'm buying the game as soon as I can, anyway, just because it's Monster Hunter in HD with a proper controller, but nevertheless.
Eh, not wholly unnecessary. Maybe you're indecisive and want to switch to a different tree. It's nice to have the option.
people change their minds sometimes.
Look how the material cost is so low even if you were indecisive it wouldn't matter.
It's still nice to have the option. I don't understand why this is the hill you want to die on. It's pure QoL, nothing more.
>By registering the equipment you want to craft or upgrade to your Wishlist, you can check the necessary materials from the menu at any time. Also, you will receive notifications via system messages when you gather materials according to what you registered.
Cool stuff
literally implementing a desire sensor
A what?
A visible weapon tree is great because now I don't have to have the giant ass .gif from gamefaqs of the weapons tree up so I know I'm not wasting my resources making something that won't actually upgrade into something useful later on
I just think they went too far by giving this AND the weapon tree at the same time.
oh fuck

Unless its Diablos. Trying to explain to noobs how useless Hammer is on its head after he's reached max K.O. tolerance is a staple of the series.
Should have instead made it so that weapons you've already crafted require less/no materials to forge again.
So now you can be double disappointed when you don't get that 1% item you need
Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, it's a noob trap.
Nergigante is perfection given scales.
You absolutely cannot dispute this.
You are wrong, sir.
...
Palico's
Wasn't this a thing in Tri already?
the new grafix just make them cuter , i wanna hug that thing to death
>it's too dark here
>boat keeps swaying
>everyone's drunk
>stupid cats keep making noises
>i wish i were in dundorma reading my books in peace
>that faggot knocking the qt on the left out of the way
Unforgivable.
I have a question. If you guys just want the same thing as every other game, why don't you buy XX? Or is learning japanese and importing a japanese game too hardcore, you CASUAL?
