This was in like every chuck-e-cheese and arcade in the 2000's, not really obscure at all
>that level with the colored piano notes that sang when you drove them
>the ball it had
>Tar spilled on the ridge at the begining
I used to explore every level, hunting for those stars was the comfiest experience ever
are you mentally challenged and/or retarded?
literally everyone born in 80-early 90s played that
...
either Aerowings or Toy Commander
both on the DC
...
requires talent.
had the dreamcast version, good game
only the unlucky played pic related
Awshit son.
It was a ton of fun
all this chatter of re-volt when stunt gp is superior. oh it doesn't have weapons but it does have ACTUAL SKILL required. the gameplay mechanic is flipping and doing tricks which gives you boost. infinitely better than a homing missile in gameplay design.
ricochet extreme, best breakout clone there is
I don't remember the name, but it was this cool hover tank game that I got in a cereal box.
>revolt
>During the RC eva
Nigga who the fuck didn't play this shit?!?!
...
circuit breakers - ps1
a micromachine style racer, replayed it since. it's a bit on the bland side. it has power ups but there nowhere as fun to use as mario kark.
...
literally no one played this
I'm sure someone here played it but most people I know never even watched the show let alone played this confusing ass game.
...
Holy shit I've been wondering what this game was called, played the SHIT out of it as a kid
Thanks dude
>implying I didn't put in hundreds of hours on this game BEFORE I tried the pc version with its monsoon of great community made tracks and cars
>even bought a traxxis bandit under this games influence
true 10/10 racing game, still holds up today
>Devs of the original games are making a spiritual successor

I only played this. Is this like a sequel?
I thought that this was a somewhat popular game no?
...
>this exists
Was that the Skittles commercial disguised as a video game?
everyone played Re-volt
youtube.com
Why did different releases have different soundtracks?
yes
such a good game.
I actually didn't know it had a sequel
Keepin it car related..
yeah no, V8 was the Pepsi to Twisted Metal coke in the late 90s
...
i just got this game for a dollar the other day
it's worth that much. The game is both very clunky and very exciting. It's also super short (3-4h long, depending on your skill), but I enjoyed it, the fights can becomes quite a spectacle for 2003 graphics.
everyone and their mothers played that. It was in every internet cafe in the 2000s.
...
It was too good for its time

Operation Star, too.
One of the best stealth puzzles
played and completed it, then fifteen years later watched the show. The game was fun.
...
fuck yeah

Nigga there are still people who update this game and make tracks and cars for it. Hell you can get it for free so anybody who hasn't played this can easily go download and play this.

>tfw you run over piano
HOLY

I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE
Great RTS
S.W.I.N.E
Tfw i loved this game on ps1
I still remember that cheat codes were athena, hephaistos and hybris, among few
This was a popular arcade game though
I didn't pass beyond level 10 because of the red dude
FuckKKK yeah! So freaking good, 2 as well. Hard as fuck also.
Here's a fun way to play, try mapping the left stick to acceleration and right stick for turning. Actually pretty fun.
Also RVGL with dreamcast pack is perfect.
Tank racer, hell yes
I don't even remember its name anymore.
It was for very early Windows XP, I got it for like 15€ at a discount bin at the time.
It's a racing game in space where each tournament is set on a different planet and the first car avaible is a slow red and blue tank, while the latest car you can unlock is a blue moon-shaped hovering ship that steers like absolute garbage but goes very damn fast.
Another iconic vehicle was this huge yello hovering bulky ship that if I'm not mistaken was also on the cover of the game.
I've been trying to recall its name for years but nothing, nobody seems to have played it.
Took me a decade and a half to remember what the game with the mall and creepy floating heads was called after being scared of it all those years ago, but I've found it!
These early dos games where you can walk through cities and stuff are so uncanny.
I thought Re-Volt was super popular. The music still haunts me sometimes...
What? Sylpheed was awesome.
You can download that shit from re-volt.io with all the latest patches and then you can get all the Dreamcast stuff as well. Hell, somebody could even host a server (if anybody could agree on any extra cars and tracks to add)
name?
that looks kinda fun
I bought it with my bro a few years ago for 10€ Mostly as a joke to be able to play a stupid game again.
Most surprisingly fun budget-bin tier game i've played in a long time. Had a lot of fun blasting NWOBHM driving around in the hitman and nascar doing 6 laps endurance races. Shit got intense.
It's a shame really, the game really had the potential to be something really amazing. Ditch the rewind function, dial down the ridiculous rubberbanding of AI (multi didn't have these so doesn't matter that much).
Make steering a bit more tight. Make gaining boost a bit more reliable. Add the Gangwar mode for multi. More tracks.
It could've competed among legends such as twisted metal, burnout, flatout. But i think the Canadian developers behind it are now defunct.
Submarine Titans
CARNIVAL
...
I'd play it if GOG still sold it.
Dude it's available free. Literally free. The people who were selling it on GOG were using a fan made patch to make it run on modern computers and GOG took it dowen for that.
>only works for windows 10
Your childhood was awesome if you played pic related.
brb reinstalling
Nigga
...
i also played pod
NNO
THIS
I started the game actually just yesterday again. It's way too easy with the infinite lives and all
X-com battlescape for gba, the game.
Rather barebones, unstreamlined and unintuïtive but i enjoyed it. While my bro thought the music was overly repetitive i actually really enjoyed it. Can't find the ost anywhere online even.
We always used to call it tactical smurfs because of the sprites of the human team.
I have it on gog but don't have a good controller now except for an old janky wheel. I really loved the music and abstract desolate look of the game.
