KSP 2.0

Why would Take Two buy the franchise without its employees?

What can they even do with it? KSP 2.0 on mobiles? It's too autistic for mainstream audiences.

Besides, what could KSP 2.0 even do besides better graphics and optimization. Add more planets and different parts? That's just a mod, not a sequel.

Multiplayer
Interactive cockpit
Better graphics
Micro transactions
Story mode with expansions you can buy

Companies wait until someone makes the bones of a good game and come in later to add upon the base idea. Welcome to the modern business world, where people who have good ideas can only hope to sell their ideas to established companies.

rebuild it on an engine that can actually handle the game

multiplayer would definitely sell like hotcakes though

>everything goes horribly wrong

This

KSP 2 could make you develop new parts in a more interactive way

Rocket engines are pretty interesting on the inside, too, and different design choices lead to different results and performance.
It's more interesting than just "this engine is efficient but weak, this engine is powerful but fuel hungry".

I mean there is actually a second combustion chamber in most rockets, and its exhaust is used to move the turbopump that pumps fuel into the actual combustion chamber at the bottom. A rocket engine inside a rocket engine.

Aren't they working on an expansion now?

watch tutorials
also before trying to go to space try going on every biomes of Kerbin, it doesn't require expensive ships and it will help you familiarize with the data collecting system.

>mfw I succed to put shit on orbit and come back with the data for the first time

once you understand how navigation works, you'll be able to go to mun at least

>want to get back into KSP
>have to install 100 mods to make the game enjoyable
>finally get all my mods ready
>game updates the next day and breaks all the mods

>tfw too retarded for orbits
>tfw never got to mun
>tfw always end up going straight into sun's orbit and eventually crashing into it or get slung away into deep-space.
I-I'm smart I promise.

honestly this.
squad was just too small/inexperienced for such a big project. they did a good job. but couldnt really handle its growth. i am kind of happy that they arent in charge anymore.

wish list:
new engine
deeper career
mp support (dark worked like shit)
more mechanics(like the satcom mods)
some feature to better plan your missions and stations. yes you can use the sub-part thing. but i never liked the option.

BASIC FLIGHT INFORMATION. the game is impossible to play in vanilla. there is zero reason for the lack of thrust/weight ratio, weight, delta_v and so on. fuck squad for this.

literally just build asparagus launchers. Do that and you will get to the Mun in no time.

wtf is that duck

they are platypuses

i goofed
i meant to say i started playing around .19 and watched as squad spaghetti'd all over the game

>mfw discover asparagus rockets on my own
>That brief moment I thought I came up with some revolutionary rocket design that will take man to mars.

this is true. mexicans can't make games.

>i thurst to olive .jpg
fuck these shitty eyes of mine

Asparagus will actually be used in SpaceX's Falcon Heavy

Crashing into the sun is kinda hard tho

Getting on mons was one of the most euphoric experiences in all of gaming. I never got off though and it took like 5000 years to get there
