RPG-wise? Newer generations of Bioware games certainly do, but CRPGs in general typically have same-sex options if the game includes any kind of romance mechanics in the first place. Some of the early and pre-2000 CRPGs might not due to censorship, but anything 2010 and later should. The Witcher is a notable exception since the protagonist has a heavily scripted backstory and is canonically heterosexual.

The Sims isn't an RPG, but it has pretty good dating elements. It's not that hard to build up relationship points, but you have a lot of different options for doing it. I think Sims 3 introduced proper dates, where you have a limited amount of time to impress your date and score relationship points with them.

Some of the handheld games tragically censor out same-sex content though.
