It's a 480/580 level GPU paired with a laptop CPU, DF analyzed HW2 and with settings close to PC's max it dropped below 30 FPS at 4k quite a bit.

I thought the X was supposed to be as strong as a GTX 1060 6G.

Console ports usually have reduced effects, very short draw distance and worse shadows, but in Halo Wars 2 i can believe that it is on par with the PC version graphically. Thing is, RTS games are CPU intensive, which is probably the reason why it runs at 30fps.
