>Cheating
But he didn't cheat tho
Kaiji game when?
Don't care about an Akagi game, I don't know how to play Mahjong.
HE TILTED AN ENTIRE FUCKING BUILDING
IT'S NOT FAIR
What would the gameplay be like?
Every phone game
The Pachinko arc was a wild ride, I'm glad I got to binge on it instead of having to wait for each week's despairful twist.
There's already 2 but I don't think they're very good. It would be interesting to have a game where you're on the boat with other AI or players playing the rock paper scissors game.
Eyes of Heaven
There was a Restricted RPS game on Steam but I think it got removed due to a copyright claim
I feel like anything that Fukumoto does is wildly underrated. Might be because of his artstyle which is kind of goofy. But I think that Gyakkyou Burai Kaiji is on the same level as Death Note as an anime.
It's also kind of funny that the OST was also done by Hideki Taniuchi who is the Death Note composer and you can definitely hear that. They make those keikaku moments even better.

I wanna know what the Kaiji vr game is like
some original gamble with multiple way to manipulate your winning, like tilting an entire fucking building.
You get to fuck Ichijou
I was just thinking that when I watched Death Note not too long ago. I was pretty much in love with Kaiji's ost.
>The biggest contribution to Kaiji winning was Ichijou overcompensating for the tilt
Get rekt fgt
If we get a Kaiji game we also need the narrator

This guy just makes everything 100% funnier and exciting.
best hype man in anime
there is a guy who does Kaiji impersonations with the narrator as well
>Didn't know he voiced Akainu until I watched through One Piece years later
I was laughing my ass off when Ace died, I couldn't help but imagine him yelling KUYASHII
man that narrator always gets you pumped. Kaiji is pretty much the only Anime that actually gets me hyped because of that shit.
Who'd win in a match of Starcraft?
No idea but Kaiji would lose as there's little ways to manipulate a video game outside of obvious shit like exploits or hacks.
Kaiji's great strength is thinking way outside the box, which is something really only applicable for real life, not a video game with set rules and boundaries.
Lelouch or Takeuchi probably
Kaiji would get outskilled mechanically, Light's psychology game would be too weak and he's a console peasant
>picks Terran
>floats his base outside the map for 15 minutes
>alt-tabs, goes online and downloads Starcraft hacks
>obliterates the victor of the threeway battle between Toua, Light and Lelouche by spawning an infinite amount of worker units on his base
>"you shouldn't underestimate the slave, he is the one that carries the empire on his shoulders"
And then he loses to the single air unit he hadn't accounted for and broken pathing that can't handle the amount of units he has
Any game with RNG + Cheat engine.
Bam.
...
XCOM?
>Watched Kaiji ages ago
>Finished Akagi about a month ago
>tfw no more good gambling thrillers to watch
and before you recommend me some manga like Ten I don't have the time to sit and read unfortunately.
It's just the beam crossing scene and that's it
Kakegurui is better.
>don't have time to sit and read
>do have time to sit and watch anime
Hmm.
I watch anime whenever I eat a meal. Can't really do the same with manga. Or maybe you can, I just choose not to.
no. It's just fapbait with an MC that is solely guided by plothax and nothing else. Kaiji has a lot of setup and logic behind the plans that Kaiji tries to execute. Kakegurui is basically just the Lelouche and Schneizel conversation but turned into an entire fucking show where the MC just fucking predicts everything. "OH I SAW THROUGH YOUR PLAN 500 MILLION YEARS AGO". Garbage.
