Name a comfiest game than this
Name a comfiest game than this
rimworld, factorio, the forest, the long dark
Subnautica's "map" of a 2 square mile platform on top of a bottomless ocean pisses me off on a deep, irrational level.
>Early Access
Just imagine it's another floating island.
Official release is in a month, isn;t it? It's still a case of devs sticking to their promises and updating every month. Wouldn't blame someone for holding off though.
>2 square mile platform
with so much variety and twists and turns that you can spend ten hours just exploring one tenth of it, not even mentioning the cavern systems going as far as one km deep under surface.
official release has been postponed three years in a row
Outer Wilds
I think the deadline is in about three months from now. Who cares though, the game is playable as it is, and better if they take time with it then rush it into No Man's Shit tier bullshit
>rimworld
seconded
>the forest, the long dark
too spooky to be comfy
>gothic 2 with addon.
>implying subnautica isn't spooky
>DOOK DOOK
Stellaris with a peaceful friendo empire
Does this game still run like shit? I bought a supercomputer and it still ran like shit but that was a year ago.
It is physically impossible for any other video game to be comfier than ETS2.
Go and fix the game Wiz, it has no depth and barely any strategic or tactical elements.
It's better now, but it's still pretty unoptimized.
it's boring as fuck
>really enjoy /gsg/
>figure i'd try Stellaris
>play like 10 hours
>suddenly realize i already explored every aspect of the game and there is nothing more to discover
>never play it again
Same except I still keep playing for sone dumb reason.
Nine of those hours would be spent grinding food and water, wasting time kiting the stupid fish, and the rest dealing with the slow movespeed.
It's designed to waste your time in a pretty fashion. Game is empty as fuck when you turn off survival mode
I have 8 years old computer, when playing it half a year ago, it crashed like every 5-10 minutes and now it runs smooth as baby bottom (granted i have all settings on low).
It ran the same on my 680 as on my 1080ti a year later.
That game needs optimisation.
I played it recently and it seems like they fixed performance in the beginning areas but am i still going to get horrible stutters in the lava zones and bone zone?
I would loading but it's really hard to think ............................................................................................................................................................ of an ything bett
er
>grinding food and water
It takes about an two hours of playthrough to get a garden where you grow your food
>wasting time kiting the stupid fish, and the rest dealing with the slow movespeed.
also a non-factor ever since you build Seamoth
the begginings are a bit tedious, but that goes with the storyline of being crash survivor. When you build Seamoth, the whole game gets a new level and it gets comfy as fuck.
Same here. If only it had more elements of other paradox games it could be an amazing game.
>comfiest
Subnautica is one of the most unnerving games I've ever played
desu I just wish they'd use a non-shit engine. The lag during endgame is unbearable.
I thought the same until I realised how boring it was.
You guys must have utterly shit computers, or can't handle minor frame drop once in ten minutes
>a comfiest game
Nobody else going to say something about this? Not even an anime reaction image?
>car driving simulator
How do you not fall asleep when playing this?
>it works on my machine
City builders are generally very comfy. Games like simcity 4, tropico and anno.
>find unidentified alien mining station
>can just destroy it without major consequences
>want to do this after meeting the alien
>all out war for ceding and liberating planets
you do,but you dont die because it's a game.
I'm an aquaphobic and i enjoy it. Only like three biomes are actually dangerous and you don't even have to get close to reapers if you don't want to.
The occasional adrenaline rush makes it especially comfy to get back to the safety of your vessel and just watch all the angry fish splash on your windshield
As shitty as it is anno 2205 is pretty comfy. Well, unless you buy the DLC that lets them invade you territory then it just gets obnoxious
>used to eating shit
>eats more shit
>"what are you guys complaining about?"
they attack and destroy the stuff by ramming into it now. they also actively seeking it out to destroy it. it's so bad there's no point in getting the Cyclops and it's better to stick with the moth until you get the prawn it's shit.
