You mean the area where the Mafias are blocking the doors? You can't without clipping through walls with cheats. It was originally there to let you use a minecart to get through it but they scrapped that so it's just an unused area now.

Mustache Girl in general should've been expanded upon in general. They start to act like she's an important character in Chapter 1 that will continue to antagonize you but then she doesn't pop-up at all until the end pretty much. They could've at least had a time rift with her having a storybook or something.
You probably need the one here behind the crate with arrows pointing toward it.
We only know it's sometime in Fall for both PS4 & Xbone.

No ETA yet aside from "this Fall", dev team is tiny and I think they outsourced the port. You could probably use your controller and just hook your computer up to your TV instead rather than waiting. Plus PC mods.

So what's the deal with the "cave" in Mafia town?
You're never allowed in, except to fly through in the cannons, but when you do use them the game behaves weirdly (you clip right through the doors and water jet with no reaction or animations) like the fast travel system was slapped together literally minutes before the game was released.
Why include a fully-modeled under-area like that just for a visual effect to accompany fast travel, and then not even bother to make it work visually? The first time I did it, I thought it was a bug and I wasn't supposed to be able to use the cannons yet.

So? I prefer me my gameplay over story but it doesn't mean they couldn't make the game better by having the villain more interesting. I'm not asking for much, it's just other characters had more focus & some even backstory like Vanessa & Snatcher so she could've too.

I very much understand that they wanted/needed to get the game released eventually.
That said, it would have been pretty cool if there was like some kind of challenge level where you compete / fight against Mustache Girl based on the related world in question.
That would have been a cool use of Mustache Girl and kept her more relevant and with a stronger lasting impression throughout the game.
But yeah. I am fine with it as it is anyway. You could take practically any game and endlessly point out things they could have added to the game.
