Dishonored, but the game will punish you for doing it
>that pic
Does Albion do any other fucking pommel style? christ mix it up a bit
skyrim
I hear Chivalry is pretty good
that's one thing I never liked about it, why give you all those options for killing if you're gonna be so bitchy about it
None, they're all Simon clones. Most importantly, Dark Messiah is the worst of them all. Has the best animations but the worst execution.
Chivalry is more about abusing bugs and engine, spinning like mad while swinging your sword.
Exanima looks pretty decent.
Literally why I dropped the game.
>assassin game
>can't assassin people
>Exanima
Yesssssss.
Learn to play and then check back in 20 years for Sui Generis.
Arx Fatalis
Severance: Blade of Darkness
...
I'm not meming or shilling, Exanima has some of the best "feeling" weapon impacts.
Once you learn to control yourself like your only slightly drunk, the games combat becomes really interesting and reactive.
Really the game only looks as clumsy as the player controlling the character. The AI can make some really nice looking swings were they put their whole bodies momentum into it. Namely the harder AI in platemail, who step into every swing and knock the shit out of you.
Also, because of the nature of the mechanics and character to character interactions, you can actually hit gaps in armor. I once (not entirely on purpose) clipped the tip of my sword through the view slot on an enemies helmet. In a similar fasion you can hit other gaps like the elbow/shoulder joints.
for honor
Nidhogg is pretty good when it comes to swordplay.
shame they fucked up the sequel with its shitty youtuberbait graphics when they already had a really nice aesthetic
I loved the first game and I cannot physically force myself to like the way the second one looks.
It's like they vomited up an art style that reminds me of garbage pail kids.
Bushido Blade and Bushido Blade 2.

It's a stealth game before an assassin game. If you really care about the gameplay more than getting the good ending then kill to your heart's content. The game even gives you more guards to kill and rats to use if you go high chaos because you obviously like killing. I just did two runs. Genocide and Pacifist to get both experiences (due to alternatives to killing people).
Bastards Tale
>lmao just sell these people into slavery or let them be raped but kill anybody and we'll spend 10 minutes bitching at you
...
I don't remember them being mad at you killing targets. They just get upset if you slaughter guards who are obviously just taking orders from their higher ups.
>use heart to listen to a guard's thoughts
>he talks about how he just executed some child for stealing bread
Truly an innocent soul who only a psychopathic mass murderer would kill.
