Just nuke everything from orbit.

Submit to the Imperium of Man.

could master chief defeat a Space Marine form 40k?

VORLONS>ALL
Plebs who haven't watched B5 deserve death.

...

Yes. 100% luck nigga.

Welcome, furries of Sci-Fi.

I both hated and loved how in stargate they went so quickly from 1990s humans waging sneaky war too turbo star chads with the best battleship ever.

>Spaceship
>It runs on carrots, a small amount of carrots.
>It can regenerate (including from completely being destroyed) and you can communicate with it telepathically.
>It has faster than light travel.
>It can cloak, turn intangible for periods of time, and has a cargo hold that defies the laws of physics as a pocket dimension.
>It can transform and with time and patience, you can fuck it and produce heirs with it.

Ryo-Ohki best ship

A space marine yes, he fucks up things three times his size armor and firepower for a living
an actual space marine fighting force, ahahaha no

Esto es el fin Pacto and Galáctico Imperio

I love Halo/Metroid power creeps.

*Reposting because of multiple fuck-ups on my part in the last thread

Never ever, unless you are biased and ignore facts.

>Outta the way you replicator fucking shits.

I want to fuck that ship.

>Blocks your path

Yes, Chief could beat a nameless marine.
A named marine? No.

let's say he fights captain titus. maybe that can help with the results

He could beat a unnamed Space Marine in a 1v1, it wouldn't be easy for him though.

Luck still wins. Can't beat canon luck.

Yes, Master Chief's luck is universal.

Is there any species in sci-fi more fucking retarded than stargate ancients.
>all these incredibly super techs
>time travel
>dimensional travel
>a power source small enough to hold in your hand capable of blowing up planets if detonated
>can't even beat the fucking wraith
>responsible for most of the bad guys in the first place
they deserved their fate

I am enjoying this a lot. Long time Starwars fan but in all honestly we cant let Vader get his hands on the death star codes

The Chozo and Forerunners?

As the others say yes, through sheer luck only. Through skill and actual disciplin, warfare knowlegde, expierience etc., never.

The most powerful weapon in all of Star Wars was the Death Star, and later Starkiller Base, but in every other sci-fi franchise even the small ships have something equivalent to the Death Star's power.

Isn't the Ark in that video the smaller of the two Arks?

stargate had some of the funnest sci fi cheese
>to travel between galaxies instantly they just gather up a gorillion stargates from dead worlds and chain them together
>humans' nigger rigged stargate with the metal shield and computer terminal
>that one time that they needed to destroy a ship, so they hacked their stargate to connect to a giga nigga spaceship stargate, turning it on and vaporizing the ship with that splash thing
I kinda wish SGU went somewhere and as a grand finale the humans figured out how to harness that bullshit and link to fucking everywhere with the super 9 chevron gate or whatever

>The most powerful weapon in all of Star Wars was the Death Star, and later Starkiller Base
What about that retarded invincible fighter that could detonate stars from the EU.
>but in every other sci-fi franchise even the small ships have something equivalent to the Death Star's power.
???

Can the Galra Empire play too?

Yes

Covenant ships are fucking sexy

They certainly have the curves
Why not?

space marines live and die through dicerolls, master chief has near misses in cut scenes. Theres no way he is winning on luck alone.

Whomst?

From Voltron

If Master Chief says that the dice will land on six, the dice lands on six.

Thats a really bad comparisson.
Space Marines die dependable on the ammount of plot armour and how strong the enemy has to be depictet to increase sales, but they are still nearly unsoppable killing machines trained and honed in all sorts of warfare.

Chief has permanet plot armour and nothing to acount for that, he would still loose.

The antagonist faction from Voltron, pictured is their current incarnation in the most recent series: Legendary Defender.

yeah because its a scripted cut scene. It does nothing for MC luck in actual gameplay.

Don't forget making a star go supernova but dialing a planet being sucked into a black hole.

*blockades your star cluster*

god damn it. We have the tech to render better graphics in real time, yet theres basicaly no good new spacesims.

I want a game where i can captain a small ship FTL-stlye, and actually take control of the ship freespace style anytime.
And i want to whiz around and between sweet locales like ruined ringworlds and dyson spheres and shit, not just the obligatory asteroid field and vast emptiness.

Not really, Master Chief knew a coin would land on heads or tails when it was flipped, that's how busted his luck.

Wouldn't it be like fighting an Eldar Banshee?

Except with autoguns instead of a shuriken pistol and power sword?

What a shame.

*is

How power tier is this weapon?

*erases you from history*
nothin personnel kid

>You blow-up one star...

I loved how there was actual fucking progression. They used the new tech and incorporated them into their own. It didn't get stale, humans basically went from XCOM rookie tier to TAU'RI DESTROYER OF WORLDS.

I would be happy with a more fleshed out 1st/3rd person Starsector, I don't like all this MMO shit with Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen.

very power/10

Why the fuck do they make scifi tv shows so fucking such a cringefest.

Well there were encounters where the SM was faster than a Banshee, but Chief would be slower than an SM and much slower than an Banshee non the less.

Thats crazy I never thought Long Night Of Solace was really that big

What?

Sends chills down the spine of anybody who recognizes it-tier.

Blame! video game when

>gets bullied by garbage cans and one "quirky" faggot flying around in a jalopy that had to get a sex change to cope with plummeting ratings
timelords are jobbers

Reports are coming in of unknown hostiles that appeared on the planet and began to raise an army of gigantic mechanized out of nothing. It does not appear that the units were buried there all along, or are teleporting in, but rather being assembled out of nothing. The smallest units are roughly the size of an apartment building, and the biggest one discovered is some kind of saucer under construction, about the size of a small town.

What can we do?
Here's an image of the hostiles.
They landed an hour ago

how would a secreta agent with ok legs and a bearkiller fare?

...

Bruh the Ancients were pretty much wiped out by the time they came in contact with the wraith due to the ORI plague. The ancients ships could rape the wraith 1v1 maybe even 1v2 however they were vastly out numbered. It was something like 100 hive ships for every ancient ship.

I wish we could get the original campaign ported to the expansion.

Could beat master chef and a spess marine no problem, bearkiller is 2 strong.

10 single regiments (of your choice) of Imperial Guard vs an entire Stormtrooper System Army (1, about 133,000 troops).
Neither has air support, both have access to all other equipment and vehicles.

*Watches all the other immortals die of old age*

Pathetic.

Sit a space marine in front of one ork in gameplay in any WH game and do nothing and he will lose too. What's your point?

>tfw you will never drink beer and sing in a ship you're starting to anthropomorphize.

Can I get a link to the last thread?

One-sided curbstomp either way depending on the regiments you pick.

IG win because they have vastly more morale, Stormtroopers would give up and surrender much sooner.

Here you go, user

Well it's 30-50k depending on regiments versus something like 140k~ (OOB isn't too clear in Star Wars).

What regiments do you think would really just give so much power to the IG?

>TFW no 2 meter tall Mars gf
;_;

>IG
>better morale
>the put guys behind them to shoot them if they try to retreat faction

...

>A martian
>overpowering an earther

GRAVLETS, WHEN WILL THEY LEARN?

He said any regiment, just pick one of the super well trained fanatical ones.

IG regiments could be anything from penal battalions armed with whatever weapons they could find to guys with jetpacks making orbital drops to Ogryn troops that are almost as strong as a Space Marine.

...

Who was she playing Chess with though?

Another question to be forgotten by the Hack writer known as Moffat

Really depends on the Regiment, I would pick Cadia since they are well known and are a bit more versatile than the others.

How many space marines to kill a warrior servant?

Continental/Planet level powerful

Until it runs out of energy.

>guys behind them to shoot them if they try to retreat faction
They only ever shot heretics and traitors
regimental-standard.com/2017/05/10/your-friend-the-commissar/

>put alien medpack on head
>cures mortality for some reason
>aliens are never heard from again

Why didn't Havelock go Kryptonian on their asses when he was jumped by Belters?

How powerful are these guys? Can they beat PCell?

>train to conquer Earth
>get conquered by it instead
Poor martians just can't stop themselves

If they can defeat Eldar and Necrons, who were at least on the same level of strength as the Forerunners at, their height, they can take on those.

If Dawn of War has taught us anything, it's that Grenade Launcher spam > anything

So what's your favorite Isaac Arthur video

*Blows up your star for unknowable reasons*

Movie?

Sure, but they're limited in size and most specialist regiments aren't going to be the same amount of troops as infantrymen.
Like an Ogryn specialist regiment won't have 3,000 troopers like an Infantry regiment would.

Neither the Eldar or the Necrons are at anything like their full strength in "current day" 40k

Second season of Expanse
