For me, it’s someone who doesn’t own a gaming PC, has never heard of steam, only plays AAA releases on console, and won’t touch a Nintendo game because it’s for babies.

They suck at video games and only play triple A trash.

For example look at pubg/ various mobas on pc and cod/FIFA on console. Although these are often played by casuals who know nothing else, an awful lot of people have tried tonnes of stuff and played games for years and just prefer them.

Not the other guy, but I have access to 95% of your xbone "exclusives" on my PC, and most of them are not good. I also like how PC games are labeled as "Xbox Exclusives".
