Eh, it was okay. Small roster of characters, some of which got much, much more attention then others. Good to actually see the berserker armour in something ever for a change.

Is the game good or bad? This might be the last Berserk game we'll see in years, so how does it compare to better anime Musous like Pirate Warriors 3, Gundam Musou 3, or Ken's Rage 1?

It's meh. It's a hard sell even to fans of Berserk. At least Tecmo-Koei didn't try and jew it out as hard as they tend to do with all their games.

Too much wasted potential with the character roster. Missed some absolute core characters like Skull Knight but they make Wyald playable for some reason. With how much they focused on Golden Age arc they could've made more of the Band of the Hawk unique and playable, plus some of the Apostle spawn like Mozgus.

It's one of the most lacking and barebones musou in recent memory. Not even the Arslan musou was this bland. No idea what the OP is going on about.

It's a slightly more in-depth Dynasty Warriors 3. but somehow has less characters and mission that have a point.

Honestly I find it pretty damn weak for a Omega Force game.

Tangentially related, but is Hyrule Warriors the best Musou Legends so far? I mean, it could use some gameplay shit from Pirate Warriors, but generally it's great and has a shitload of content.

'eh, if they re-release it for the Switch with some Breath of the Wild content I might enjoy it, the WiiU was such a piece of garbage.

The character roster was solid, but I hated the designs of the OC's.

That song played in every fucking scene, it got old by episode 5. I wish we got some of the moody Hirasawa songs, I especially hate how they beginning on Hai Yo sounds, something like Forces would've been fine too.

They're also extremely limited depictions of only one part of berserk. The manga is the only valid version because it's the only good version that actually tells the full story and not just the prequel arc.

Well obviously the manga is the only real way to experience it in full, but that doesn't mean those things can't be good still.

Reminder that the reason most people don't like this game is because the gameplay is severely gimped until you unlock transformations for Guts/Zodd/Wyald/Griffith, and decent accessories to support Judeau/Schierke, all of which comes at the very end of the lengthy story mode.

Confirmed absolute shit taste. You must come from some alternate dimension where this game wasn't lackluster even by Warriors standards.

Diehard Warriors fan, I play pretty much every single Musou game and all its knock offs like Fate Extella simply for this gameplay. The Berserk one was seriously one of the least solid Warriors games ever made by a long shot.

Especially with Hyrule Warriors? Are you fucking kidding me bro? And Fire Emblem Warriors which despite the FEfags wanting to shit on the roster, improved even more on Hyrule Warriors gameplay.

This genre fits Berserk perfectly so it has that going for it, and I'm not saying its necessarily an awful game but compared to other Warriors games it has a lot to be desired.
