I just think if Persona is going the whole "insert character/wish-fulfillment fantasy" route, then it would make sense to have gay options. They have in the past. But for a game that claims to be rebelling against societal norms, it's actually mired in them. Persona 5 is a really lack-luster game plot and character wise, but has a good battle system and the pre-constructed dungeons are a step in the right direction. I probably won't be getting P6 unless they change shit up a little more, and if SMTV sucks, I'm out on the franchise entirely.
