I own a PS4 but I am not loyal to any company. I didn't buy Xbox One because not a single person I know owned one (and that hasn't changed till today) but I had 8 friends who already owned a Ps4. Burrowing games and having friends for online are important things to consider when buying a console and Microsoft simply lost in that field nearly everywhere on the world.
It's not about hate as much as it is about the ease of the tease with you guys. When you consider that PC hardware prices are crazy right now and you can get an X for $450 it doesn't seem like a bad purchase at all. Sony's exclusives are single player so it just seems pointless to get a pro now since chances are big games like God of War, Death Stranding, etc will be updated for PS5.

probably close to 0. sony can't into software. mark cerny even said that boost mode will break some games because the higher cpu clocks of the ps4 pro will affect games such as exclusive games which have been developed specifically for the timings of the base ps4 cpu. kinda similar to overclocking causing instability in pc gaming in some games but pc is a broad range of hardware unlike ps4 which should be easy to work around. MS didn't have any problems with their boost mode because they can actually make a good api and software.
imagine if cerny is complaining about overclocking of the same cpu how a whole new cpu with a totally different architecture would break these ps4 games.
Xbox has no games that I care about, plain and simple. Sunset Overdrive looks half decent and Rare Replay is a collection of older games that are good but also older. That's all the console has to show for after 4+ years as far as I'm concerned.

i have both the base consoles. i use my xbox more to play with friends on xbox as i have more on there and maybe the odd multiplat if the pc version has a shite port but i use my ps4 to play with another group of friends and use it for netflix when i'm at university because its the smaller of the two consoles.
