Gamecube game that's a mix between Custom Robo and Pokemon. 200 different robots to recruit, gacha-style. Giant fuck-off beams, transforming jets and tanks, big ol' robots combining into even bigger robots, a superhero robot squad, cute borg waifus and some of the best worst voice acting you've ever heard come out of a kid's mouth.

good luck finding a physical copy ever, but you can always play it on Dolphin if you don't own a toaster

It's an 3D pretty damn open Arena fighter where all the stages (bar two) are you controlling units of pikmin-sized robots, next guy comes in when one dies. Cost value to units, your "budget" increases as you play.
A's your jump, most units have either multiple jumps or can hold A to consume some amount of fuel for a hover. B and X are your main weapons, B at close range is a melee combo.
The plot, characters, and dub are all basic saturday morning anime but has a bit of charm in it.
As opposed to Custom Robo where you have individual parts, you have a TON of individual Borgs. Most fall into "families" that will share some basic fundamentals to their skillsets. It's just a simple, repetitive, dumb fun game that capcom will never make a sequel to.

This video alone will show the general kind of feel combat has, and the game is like 25% team building, 70% gameplay, 5% the dumb story.
