Ignoring everything else, this would finally force/allow console players to experience just a sample of the PCMasterRace. The only problem would be console babies complaining in competitive games that the player on the 60FPS console has an advantage which is neutral. PC players have been playing against other players with different FPS for decades so STFU.
These are not real 4k machines, only lower resolution stretched out to a 4k size, unlike PC games where you can use your video card (DSR) to multiply the pixels rendered to achieve the correct resolution and render it on your screen inside a window size that fits your screen. The latter gives good visual fidelity and the former gives a poor stretched out image. FPS is also way better on PC so why would you even want to invest in a console+TV.
