I gave up on it around midway into case 3 of it because it has the same problem as the Danganronpa anime. It moves to fast. There's no slow downs to show important evidence, reveal people's characters and motives. I'm pretty sure just before case 3's first trial, Wright wondered if Penny Nichols could be the killer, even though we only saw her in a single shot beforehand and she didn't even get a line. I saw the climax to the Engarde case adaptation recently, and it does not do it justice at all. The tension, Wright's struggle, him desperately trying to tie everything he'd learnt up until then, nothing was done right in the anime version. Not to mention the horrid audience cgi, the mediocre animation and forgettable OST. It's one of my biggest disappointments ever.
