GTA's story goes to fucking shit once Trevor enters the picture and you realize the only way to make money is to manipulate the stock market AFTER you beat the damn game. Like I wanted a nice car but nope, unless I'm playing stock market I'm making fucking chump change.
Online's alright. I paid $12 for a month access to a mod menu. Gave myself shittons of money. Got bored very fast and used the second character feature so i'm little by little playing legit. Though my second character has access to the high-end apartment. Saving up for a shitty house right now.

Rockstar can crash and burn for all I care.
They milked gta5 for way too long and online is a complete atrocity.
Everything is grindy outdated messy buggy tedious and overall every aspect from the shit ui to the shit balance and the shit dripfeeding and the shit cost vs time vs reward is one massive fuck you to every single player putting time and effort in playing this.
The only fun thing is the driving.
Fuck I could rant for days about how shit online is.
Gta REALLY needs a new competitor, the monopoly they have on the genre is going to their heads and we all get fucked because of it.

But now I just regulate myself to teleporting into people's cars invisible and fucking with their radio.
Then I'll go invisible and get into a pedestrian car and stalk players until they get confused.
I'll help them out though. I'll remove wanted levels once they get to 4 stars and upgrade the shitty pedestrian car they hopped in.
I'll make vehicles of low levels getting griefed invincible so they don't get one shot by the missiles installed on every goddamn thing today.
I'll spawn a mountain lion and have it attack them.
I'll make myself the stripper model and stalk players.
Moddin is fun. Money is the least interesting aspect of it.

The joke is that the games constantly say he has never and would never kill anyone, but he did in the first game.
Also, a lot of the special moves you can execute in combat would kill the other guy, and if they somehow survived, they'd be fucked up permanently from it.

Yeah. They're so interested in making a huge world or a neat story or a bunch of cool gimmicks to hook people that they often forget to make the games actually fun. It was like Rockstar went out of its way to remove as much of the fun from GTA as possible from V.

It's not necessarily good, but once you have a character with a shitton of money and another legit character, you can have the best of both for the price of a DLC. It's still only alright because I don't want to go to leddit to do groups so my online is mostly solo and that most concludes of dicks in flying vehicles with rocket launchers and missiles. Everything is a goddamn one-shot in this game.
