When was the last time you used something truly magical?

When was the last time you used something truly magical?

i have one of those

they're pretty damn magical

Right now.

>Sent from my 2012 thick macbook pro with i7 i got for $500

Not having my mommy pay for my shit is pretty damn magical, OP. When are you moving out?

I used a magic 8ball a few hours ago

What's so magical about it?

Productivity

Instantly switching virtual desktops with one hand.

That's all I can think of.

heyyoufuckingballsack yu just gt butthurt over a shitpstjacc off ur tinY diccyou fukin wot m8_⁉⁉it is only fucktardslike yourselfthat get madU MAD BRO⁉HHHHH SHIT yAP SUCC A CROCpwnd

I'm waiting for my son to move out.
He's stuck in that room and not going anywhere.

>Press down on trackpad
>You feel it go down and you feel it click
>In reality the trackpad did neither of these things and you were just pressing down into vibrating glass
Even when you know how it works the illusion doesn't go away. It really feels like you're pressing down.

>$129.00
lel
So is there one that's made by a company that isn't shit, that isn't shit?

Logitech makes one, or used to anyway.

That's pretty cool, but why wouldn't a mouse be better or just as good?

That's just aesthetics though. It's neat but not something I'd buy it for

~45 dollars for that one. I might get it, but their dumb fuck Bluetooth knockoff is annoying as fuck.

It's not aesthetics though, it's a functional replacement for the physical clicking mechanism
of the old trackpads.

it made 10% of my keystrokes magically disappear!

i used an asus laptop with ssd and it reboots in

MX master works just fine for that. More ergonomic than that underdesigned slab I bet

Witnessesed

I wish it was bluetooth instead of the Unifying Receiver TM. Plugged into my monitor so out of sight out of mind but even so.

Today.

it made my whole workspace feel awkward and stupid just like that like magic

last time I took acid... maybe 2 months ago

kek

the magic trackpad 1 is better

prove me wrong

hello haptic feedback

Every day.

Computers are a modern marvel.

...

I just got the first version to test it out. Need to get drivers for Winblows

mice where you press in the button to click are fucking disgusting. I got this entirely knowing that I would avoid using that feature. Also the new one is thinner and has an internal recharable battery. Much more expensive though

>press in the button
*press in the pad

when i first played a ps2 game

>instantly switching virtual desktops with one hand
So it's a keyboard shortcut?
Yaaay.

Apple Macbook Pro 13'' Retina i7 3,0 GHz 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Early 2013 A1425 for 550 bucks deal or no deal?

>Instantly switching virtual desktops with one hand.
I do that on my keyboard all the time.

Meta+[123456789]
switches to one of my 9 virtual desktops.

Retina? 256GB? 550 bucks? If it's in a good condition, you're robbing the guy.

What are these things like compared to mice?

this morning

Well 1h left on ebay it will probably change but I will try my luck mate

It's either defective or stolen. Or it's just a scam.

>1h left
It will go up to 700+ in the last few minutes
Personally I always bid in the last 3 seconds.

When i was young it seemed that life was so wonderful, a miracle, oh it was beautiful... magical...

whats this bro, a massaging stick? Is it good against back pain?

Like driving a luxury car instead of a forklift.
The forklift might be more accurate and nimble, but the trackpad is just plain nicer in ways a forklift can't be.

Inferior if you know the keyboard shortcuts

except luxury cars usually handle well

>Inferior if you know the keyboard shortcuts
Didn't realize keyboard shortcuts allow things like force clicks and pixel percise scrolling.
Not to mention that on OS X you are going to be using your mouse for window management anyway, so it makes sense to start the entire process with the pointing device instead of the keyboard.

Keyboard shortcuts aren't nearly as comfy.

Is the charging port on the bottom?
